Good evening, I recently stayed at the Metropol Hotel and I'm genuinely delighted I chose this particular hotel. The staff were amazing – very polite and always helpful with my requests. The hotel restaurant is superb and serves delicious, generously sized dishes. Even though I'm not a small eater myself, they served such large portions that when my salad arrived, I realized it would be enough on its own, and I still had a main course coming! So I was thoroughly stuffed. The hotel's location is also excellent, with everything like shopping centers within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied, so I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We just turned off everything and went to bed. If you lived longer than one day, I would ask you to change the room. But we were so tired after two flights that we just fell asleep.

Every time I go to Chimkent, I live in this hotel. The health, environment, service and facilities are very good. The breakfast is getting worse and worse than before. This time I stayed for a few days and the breakfast was not as good as one day.

Для такой маленькой деревушки думаю владельцы сделали что смогли, единственное, что не понравилось это почти не работающий кондиционер, жара была сильная, даже установленные 16 градусов при режиме high или turbo обсолютно не помогли
