"We ended up in Shymkent unexpectedly after our flight from Thailand via the UAE was canceled, forcing us to quickly find other ways to get home. Our layover in Shymkent was only 19 hours, but we immediately decided to book the best hotel in the city. This particular hotel caught our eye because of its location, breakfast, and the cozy-looking rooms in the photos. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM and were checked in right away. And we were so happy that the photos matched reality! The rooms are cozy, the linen is clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable... it was such a pleasure to rest on it after a long flight. We informed the reception that we would be checking out around 2:00-2:30 AM, and they prepared amazing lunch boxes for us. Each box contained (a boiled egg, various types of sausages, two types of cheese, omelet pieces, yogurt, cookies, mini muffins, white bread croutons, sauces), which was a really nice touch. The lunch boxes were a lifesaver on our journey! Now, if we ever pass through Shymkent again, it will only be this hotel!"

Although the language is not available, they will communicate with translation software at the front desk, the service is particularly thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, the price is not expensive!

Anonymous UserThe room was clean, the bed was large, and the location was good. It's a short walk to a pedestrian street and shopping mall, and there are many coffee shops nearby. The hotel staff on the first floor work until 3 AM. The front desk helped call a taxi to the airport; the service was very friendly.

Vasilii_montana_08Good evening, I recently stayed at the Metropol Hotel and I'm genuinely delighted I chose this particular hotel. The staff were amazing – very polite and always helpful with my requests. The hotel restaurant is superb and serves delicious, generously sized dishes. Even though I'm not a small eater myself, they served such large portions that when my salad arrived, I realized it would be enough on its own, and I still had a main course coming! So I was thoroughly stuffed. The hotel's location is also excellent, with everything like shopping centers within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied, so I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
