"We booked the hotel for one night. The location is absolutely fantastic, with a park nearby, and both the Old Town and Independence Park within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, featuring four separate loggias, and the beds had comfortable pillows and mattresses. All toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and slippers were provided according to the number of guests. I especially want to extend a big thank you to the reception staff. They allowed us to check in three hours early, explained where everything was and how to get around. Since we had an early flight, they immediately offered us breakfast to go without us even asking. There are two excellent restaurants nearby with European and Oriental cuisine. I highly recommend visiting both."

joahyouuVery spacious and clean. Very helpful receptionists. There were not many travelers staying, so we had room to ourselves. The bus station is right in the front so it is nice..

Guest UserI stayed one night for a layover in Shymkent. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made the stay very convenient!

We arrived at the hotel late at night. There were no problems with late check-in, ordered the room in 5 minutes. The room was clean, water, tea.
Breakfast was included in the booking. Everything is very delicious, wonderful coffee 🙌
