"Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you"

The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep. Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay. Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal. Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed. Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"My honest opinion, this is my first time staying, the room is adequate, but there is no iron, which makes it difficult to request one. The breakfast setting and presentation are not comparable to another hotel where I am staying at the same rate. Still, I believe it is worthwhile exploring this given that breakfast is the most important meal of the day."

"I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces"
