LLEONG MEI KUANThis hotel is my priority stay in bintulu.The hotel staff are very friendly always, cozy room, convenience for shopping at Farley and Everise. Very great location, convenience for shopping at Farley and Everise. There are some nice restaurants surrounding as well. In addition, the hotel serves nice breakfast!

Cons:
-WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it.
-Drain water system very slow at bathroom.
-Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

Iina anwarThe hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.
