Find the Best Marang Hotels

I stayed here with my family whenever I was outstation (my husband, 5 years old & 1 ++ years old). The location is very strategic which is surrounded with local eateries, convenience shops, banks, fast food restaurants etc. When i need to go to work, Panda and Grab help me a lot ☺️. If you are staying upstairs, you can have the kettle in the room. If you are staying downstairs, you need to go take hot water from the water dispenser which is located at the lobby. The wall is not soundproof so last time when i went there, the 2 aunties got angry at the reception and asked to change rooms. Because my kids play a lot, loudly before going to bed. They play from 8-9pm... Everyday without fail.

Situated between Marang and Kuala Terangganu on the east coast of Malaysia, Che Beach House was an unequaled gem of a place for us in the uncertainty of the covid-19 shutdowns worldwide. The hosts could not do enough for us to keep us safe and informed of developments, particularly in Malaysia. Che Beach House is a small guesthouse with a small number of rooms, placed directly on the top of the beach. It is relatively new. We were allocated a nicely decorated queen-bed airconditioned room, which was on the lower floor. It was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a wardrobe and towel airing rack. There was no television. There is no breakfast available, but we had full use of the small kitchen. No cooktop, but there was a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle and microwave. There was unlimited hot and cold filtered water available from a free standing dispenser. There was a Treleaf supermarket within walking distance to buy any needed groceries. Outdoors, there was a covered area for us to park our hire car so it was off the street at night. Two outdoor sitting areas, one part of the building itself and a pergola with chairs coffee table and hammock directly on the top of the beach. A perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee or tea and catch the sea breeze. Chris removes garbage from their stretch of beach nearly daily. It seems to be washed in on the tide. Neighbours played with children in the afternoon, but other than that I never saw anyone else on the beach. It was windy when we were there, so though the sea was clean, clear and enticing to look at, we deemed it too rough to swim. The sand is course and golden. Still pleasant to walk on for an early morning or late afternoon stroll. We would especially like to thank the hosts for a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay. Chris, thank you so much for the kindness shown and advice given when it became obvious we would have to return to Australia. We fully intend to return when all the covid-19 madness is over and continue our journey through Malaysia.

Facilities match the price. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's just that the bathroom lights are a bit dim and the physical condition of the building looks a little worn. If repainted it will look more cheerful.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? ************** , the journey to get there is smooth, the location of the chalet is interesting because it is close to the beach, the facilities provided ************** are satisfactory, with the atmosphere of the room which is beautiful and neat, for dining, food stalls are nearby, it is not difficult to find and walk far.

Very satisfied with the service from the staff. The child loves taking a bath very much. The day we went the day before the puasa so no one took a bath. One pool for us. The room is also very large and worth the price offered. Front door facing the pool, back door facing the beach, parking is a buzz, overall very satisfied.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

Overall room is quiteee nicee, i book 2 rooms, each room has their own bathroom and each room has aircond in there. The homestay design is like a hotel room design. U can use their washing machine, but u cant cook there.
