"This hotel is very interesting. Lobby is beautiful and inside the room is very clean, bed linen even cleaner than awful Hilton Garden Inn. However, all common area including lift, restaurant are extremely dirty. The carpet in corridor is unusually ugly like stinks formed over years. Inside the lift the carpet I want vomit, like 20 years no cleaning at all. Stay 1 night is absolutely OK but dont think about for vacation."

"Opening 4th day then check in.... Still many area to improve. Staff is warm n helpful. All bed sheet, blanket n pillow and towel is brand new. At night provide lavender small pouch is good.breaffast quality especially big space for improvement. Welcome drink in roof top, only mocktail is available while cocktails for sales at RM 5 different only"

"My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again. Van service via Trek app can request to pick up at Avilla apartment and drop off at LRT Kinrara BK5 Station. Recently staying the WiFi is not functioning well as the signal shown 1 bar and keep on fluctuating to zero signal. Hope the management look into the issues."

"A clean and very quiet hotel for taking rest. Check in hotel went well. Construction Is on going at lakeside, evening is fine but day time can be quite annoying. Breakfast is decent and simply. One of the Chef (big boy) is not that friendly. A bit upset on my first day in this hotel as I was awaken by the housekeeper who turned on music so loud in early morning at 25th floor."

"I booked a family room for 3 adults for 4 days. Upon check in, I noticed that there's only 1 1.5L bottle mineral water. I contacted the front desk to request for an additional bottle. To my surprise the staff told me that they only provide 1 complimentary bottle per day for 3 adults. Additional bottle will be chargeable at RM6/bottle. I was utterly shocked, as during my past stay here, they provide 500ml bottle and no additional charges for extra bottles. During pur 4 days stay, we only gotten 3 bottles of 1.5L. On the day we check out, I requested for 1 bottle and the housekeeping staff told me that check out day they will not give any more water. In the Trip.com booking site, it shows that the bottled water is ”Free”. Why it became chargeable at the property? My second feedback will be the noise from the pubs around the property. At 2-3am, we can hear the music blasting (my room was on the 10 floor). During that hour, we also heard people (females) talking, laughing and running along the corridor, and it lasted for about 10mins. This is very disruptive."

"Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!"

"My only choice whenever i have a business trip to KL. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, location strategic, near to restaurants, cafes, convenient marts, pharmacies, pubs and banks. Highly recommend for business travellers."

"Tips for Other Families: • Bring snacks and reusable water bottles — there’s a nearby supermarket, and it saved us from a few hangry meltdowns. • Ask the front desk for local recommendations — ours pointed us to a small, family-run bakery down the street. It became our morning ritual. • Pack a white noise app if you’re light sleepers — city sounds are minimal, but it helped the kids stay asleep through the night. • Consider booking a larger room or adjoining rooms if you’ve got older kids — the space is decent, but with teens, it might get a little tight"

"Singnature Hotel very simple hotel. Park at roadside, climb up through lift, no need deposit, KK Mart just behind the building, have nearby Halal Restaurant. Simple and easy to access."

"New hotel, no key to open room use Face ID very convenience. Queen bed big and comfortable. Corridor hv Coway water filter free flow, also hv Coway air filter. Only the toilet light sensor sound too disturbs when sleeping. Overall very good, great for value!! Definitely will come back again."
