Lloo yin yinI really liked this guesthouse. The manager was very meticulous and polite, and efficient. The room was nice, but the cleanliness could be improved a bit.

EEsmeralda TingPros: Fast and helpful communication from reception, friendly housekeeping and very quick check out process.
Cons: The room was okay, though a few plugs weren’t working. Just a heads up to the location, its perfect if you’re a foodie and plan to only travel in Puchong area, but if you need to travel outside of Puchong, the traffic is quite bad which makes Grab pricey. Even though there is LRT nearby (8-minute walk), it’s a sweaty walk in the sun or messy one in the rain. It’s only convenient if you’re staying strictly within the Puchong area or booking Grab at non-peak hours.

SSCHONG!The hotel is right where my center of activity was, which was perfect.
The staff were few, but they were good and prompt when help was needed. There is no elevator, one of the staffs carried it up the stairs for me.
The facilities available is not first class, but they are clean and functioning. My room does not have a window but that is alright. Everything is functioning fine. I had a good stay in this hotel. Should I return to this district in the future, I would most likely return to this hotel.

1. There are some curly hairs on the bed when I just checked in
2. The floor in the shower area was wet , even with water pooling
3. When I'm on the way to my room, I saw several male staff are chatting in another guest room; some were leaning against the doorframe while others were sitting on the bed. I'm not sure whether the room has been cleaned or not, this appeared highly unprofessional.
