Lloo yin yinI really liked this guesthouse. The manager was very meticulous and polite, and efficient. The room was nice, but the cleanliness could be improved a bit.

GGuest UserThe air conditioning was a bit inconsistent; sometimes it blew cold air, other times it stopped working suddenly. It might be due to a lack of servicing or cleaning the AC roller. The pillows were a bit too firm. However, the room itself was clean and tidy. The hotel has two parking spaces, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it's decent.

ZZhiXian04The room is a little bit small but its fine ! The location wise was very good, few minutes walk to LRT and there’s pretty much restaurant / coffeeshop over there. Customer Service was super friendly as well !

NNanyazuihoudeshenqingI stayed here for two nights during my trip to Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was just okay. The hotel is located in Puchong, which is a suburb of KL – my fault for not researching the location better. It's quite far from the nearest metro station. The room cleanliness was mediocre, and it felt very damp and stuffy, especially with the rain in KL. Thankfully, there was air conditioning, which I kept on all night to sleep comfortably. The room itself was tiny, just a bed and a bathroom, which I found too small. On the plus side, there's a water dispenser in the hotel with both hot and cold water, which was great. Lastly, there's an Indian restaurant downstairs that I ate at three times – their chicken curry was delicious! Thumbs up for that!

The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and every detail is thoughtfully designed. The staff are warm, professional, and always ready to help, making you feel truly at home. The food is delicious and varied, with the breakfast being especially satisfying. Its convenient location makes it perfect for both business trips and leisure stays. I highly recommend this hotel — it’s definitely a place worth coming back to!

SSCHONG!The hotel is right where my center of activity was, which was perfect.
The staff were few, but they were good and prompt when help was needed. There is no elevator, one of the staffs carried it up the stairs for me.
The facilities available is not first class, but they are clean and functioning. My room does not have a window but that is alright. Everything is functioning fine. I had a good stay in this hotel. Should I return to this district in the future, I would most likely return to this hotel.

1. There are some curly hairs on the bed when I just checked in
2. The floor in the shower area was wet , even with water pooling
3. When I'm on the way to my room, I saw several male staff are chatting in another guest room; some were leaning against the doorframe while others were sitting on the bed. I'm not sure whether the room has been cleaned or not, this appeared highly unprofessional.
