Spacious and very comfortable stay that I had so far! All basic equipments are good and complete, plus when you stay here you got quite nice view! The owner also very kind and understandable, easy to negotiate. Surely will repeat to stay here whenever I got something to do in Putrajaya HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is our family's go-to vacation spot. The location is strategic; no need to waste time on the road. There are plenty of amenities nearby, like Giant mall and a petrol station. Rooms 401 and 402 were clean, but had some minor damage. 401: The bathroom doorknob was broken, and the air conditioner fan was noisy. 402: The sliding door was stiff to open and close, and the entrance door stopper was broken. Overall, Espira Kinrara is truly excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu had a good variety, but it felt a bit rushed and chaotic. We only had 45 minutes to eat, and there was a long queue of guests. They could definitely upgrade the dining area for guest comfort, as Espira Kinrara is becoming a popular choice now. Thank you!

Surprisingly, the suite was *so* spacious—like wow. And having our suite connected to my dad’s room made everything so convenient, just moving in and out easily without hassle. A few small downsides though: limited tissues, the TV wasn’t working, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly lol. Location-wise, it’s pretty strategic—just at the end corner, close to Oriental. Security is solid too. My little sister arrived around 2:30am after her shift, and the guard didn’t allow her in without verification, so we had to go down and pick her up. Honestly, that’s reassuring. But I have to say—I *love* the lobby. The blend of British and Malay heritage is so elegant, and the lobby smells sooo nice 😍 Overall, comfy stay with a few quirks—but still a good one ✨

Stayed here for a quick trip and the location alone makes it worth it. 3 mins to Pavilion Bukit Jalil on foot — can't beat that. Room was tidy, bed was comfortable, and check-in was hassle-free. Great budget-friendly option in Bukit Jalil.

The hotel is right where my center of activity was, which was perfect. The staff were few, but they were good and prompt when help was needed. There is no elevator, one of the staffs carried it up the stairs for me. The facilities available is not first class, but they are clean and functioning. My room does not have a window but that is alright. Everything is functioning fine. I had a good stay in this hotel. Should I return to this district in the future, I would most likely return to this hotel.

I booked the studio 1. There are some curly hairs on the bed when I just checked in 2. The floor in the shower area was wet , even with water pooling 3. When I'm on the way to my room, I saw several male staff are chatting in another guest room; some were leaning against the doorframe while others were sitting on the bed. I'm not sure whether the room has been cleaned or not, this appeared highly unprofessional. I just can't upload the video here, maybe I will leave the review in Google maps with video

Clean and sanitary, the room is large, the decoration is new, and parking is convenient.
