"Hotel Review Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good. There are just a few areas that could be improved: 1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests. 2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging. 3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained. 4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."
