"I arrived at the hotel around 3:40 PM for check-in and there was a queue ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I was told to have a seat because no rooms were available yet. I asked how long the wait would be — whether it would be 1, 2, or 3 hours. The staff member replied that it would not be “hours”. I then asked approximately how many minutes, but she said she could not promise anything. When I asked why, she responded that if she gave me a time, I would come back later and ask her again. I suggested that she check with housekeeping for an estimated time for the next available room, but she refused and simply told me to sit and wait. I also asked whether, if I sat down and another guest checked in while a room became available, that guest would be given the room first. She completely ignored my question. It is disappointing and irresponsible that more than four hours after the official check-out time, rooms were still not ready, especially when the hotel knew it was fully booked for the day. While delays can happen, the lack of communication and unwillingness to provide even a rough estimate made the experience much worse. In addition, the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy. The noise was so loud that I could still hear it clearly even while wearing noise-cancelling AirPods, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay. Overall, the poor room readiness, lack of communication, and unacceptable noise level made this a disappointing experience."

"Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The attention to detail in terms of hygiene was excellent. The facilities were complete, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The soundproofing in the room was decent. Regarding service, the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The location was also quite convenient. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"Have stayed here in the past and it's always been very pleasant. The bed is comfortable and soft, but the pillows are a little thin (but they do give you two types of firmness). The breakfast spread is pretty good, food is tasty but no coffee machine. Location may be a little remote but it's nice if you're looking some place quiter. Plenty of parking available too. Their staff is always very friendly. Will definitely stay again."

"Came here for a short stay and the check in was easy breezy, staff was friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are well trained and greet hotel guests so warmly. The parking is complimentary, hotel is conveniently located near many shops and eateries. Great stay."

"I stayed here for two nights during my trip to Kuala Lumpur, and the experience was just okay. The hotel is located in Puchong, which is a suburb of KL – my fault for not researching the location better. It's quite far from the nearest metro station. The room cleanliness was mediocre, and it felt very damp and stuffy, especially with the rain in KL. Thankfully, there was air conditioning, which I kept on all night to sleep comfortably. The room itself was tiny, just a bed and a bathroom, which I found too small. On the plus side, there's a water dispenser in the hotel with both hot and cold water, which was great. Lastly, there's an Indian restaurant downstairs that I ate at three times – their chicken curry was delicious! Thumbs up for that!"

"Great location, very convenient, and they have parking. The room was clean and spacious, and they even left welcome chocolates. I stayed for two nights and didn't request housekeeping, but the cleaning staff thoughtfully left fresh towels and bottled water in an eco-bag hanging on my door, which was perfect as it didn't disturb my rest. 🫶🏻"

"Rooms unexpectedly extreme clean. Floor no dust at all, zero hairs and can walk with bare foot. Bed very comfortable and clean and makes me sleep very well. Toilet very clean, water pressure very good for long hair washer. A very good experience and sure will revisit again."
