"It has been a while that I last came across a hotel that is value for money. KSL Hot Spring Resort is well priced and offers me all the comfort that I am looking for. The hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly. Furthermore, they even saved me the hassle from bringing a travel baby cot for my young one, by suppling me one during the day. I will definitely considering coming back if I’m visiting JB again on my next trip"

"Nice and pleasant location. Eateries and massage shop is within walking distance. Except there is no convenient store and the sound insulation is quite bad. My husband couldn't sleep well due to traffic. Otherwise, all is good. Wil come back to stay here again."

"The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, offering great comfort for a 3-star hotel. The bed was firm and cozy, and there was ample space to move around or unpack. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom—it was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. While breakfast is included in the package, the food was quite basic and cannot be opted out. That said, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of great local eateries, so you won’t be short on dining options. If you're mainly looking for a clean, comfortable room in a convenient location, this hotel delivers well."

"Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! Attached are some pictures of my single room with a king-size bed with windows! God bless and have a blessed stay!"

"Very cozy and comfy studio. Home is clean and many appliances like hairdryer and iron for shirt. Location is also good near Mount Austin. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay again next time."

"Wow, surprisingly clean and spacious. I stayed at a few hotels in Austin, although 1million is located at a corner, it is actually quite convenient with the Nanyang Street opened right diagonally opposite to it. Walkable distance! If you are driving, the hotel actually is quite near to Austin Crest too! Clean and there’s fridge in the room! Bed is quite comfy for us! Defo staying here again the next trip!"

"We had booked two rooms. We originally reserved king-size bed rooms, but upon check-in, we were not informed that this room type was unavailable. Instead, we were given rooms with twin beds. When we went down to the front desk to request a change, we were told there were no other rooms available. The other room, which was a window-facing room, had a lot of small flying insects buzzing around."

"The location is great, situated downstairs with many eateries nearby, including the famous Dai Tao Lala Pot. The room is cozy and comfortable. However, the only downside is that the room's charging port doesn't support iPhone cables, so you'll need to use the common area for charging your phone."
