GGuest UserBest part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall.
For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone.
Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful.
Families with young children or elderly need to consider these.

RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

However, the only downside is that the room's charging port doesn't support iPhone cables, so you'll need to use the common area for charging your phone.

But the room didn’t have heater and didn’t provide water got water filter. line totally didn’t have just can connect home WiFi . Operator handle this Abnb always need people join WhatsApp group give people fill like scammer .

IIrvin Jonah CheungThe hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations.
The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured!

But no wardrobe, just hangers on the wall.
Bathroom also clean and well maintained.
Room is very basic but fulfilling the purpose.
Location is very convenient, with many eating places around it, XY 80S kopitiam, Ah Ma TeoChew Kuah, Chagee, Oven & Fried Chicken, etc etc.
There’re dogs cafe nearby too, Shiba and Chow Chow dogs cafe.
Overall is very good place to stay.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

GGuest UserBooked non-smoking room, but few rooms also with cigarette smell and cigarette butt in toilet basin and floor. (I requested to change room)
Sticky room floor.
Cracked toilet bowl, dew unsafe to use.
Also saw stray cat vomit on table at lobby waiting area.
So far, the location is good.

GGuest UserAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
