Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last.

Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Pros: antlerzone's customer service is very prompt when we feedback any issues with the apartment and gives very clear instructions. We like the location because it's near quite a number of vegetarian eateries. Also we liked the foldable mattress and extra bed linen + blanket that came with it. Cons: A pity that the apartment is very run down. Sink tap was wobbly, kitchen countertop was damaged, musty smell throughout the stay and the fan remote controls weren't working. The state of the unit makes me very hesitant to book any apartments managed by antlerzone for my future stays.
