The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the attention to detail truly showed how much effort the host puts into running this place.
We even had a birthday party here, and the kids had a blast! The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend! 💯

YYangThe service provider was attentive to the administrative details - some of which, were rather complex. Though the external building block appeared pretty rundown, the unit that we stayed was exquisite in furnishings for a very comfortable stay. No food was provided but the two canteens within the compound offered economical and nice food at great convenience.

RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean. But still a little disappointment. The Netflix and Premium are not working. Solely depends on Youtube watching from projector. Besides, one of the main issues was the in-room jacuzzi. Every time I filled it with water, there were numerous floating particles, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use.
Given that the jacuzzi is a key feature of the room, I expected it to be clean and properly maintained. This issue significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the management can look into this and improve their housekeeping standards for future guests.

GGuest UserHad received a detailed check in guidelines for collecting the keys and also a video guideline for parking. We were able to sleep comfortably for just a night. The water heater was working well, but the living room’s sofa was not comfortable at all.

GGuest UserAir cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

KKangruiThe host not very responsive. Promised by 2pm will let me know the letterbox password. But there isn’t anyone response to the msg till check in time. Every other groups got their key before check in except mine. No response till we keep calling and msg them. Finally got someone response and the cleaner still at apt doing cleaning. The both bed at the master room need to change. I can feel the wood below anytime can collapse.
