The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and proactive, giving us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good. The hotel's free parking lot is right in front of the hotel, it's large with plenty of spaces, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

It’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan. I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. Fantastic location. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Hospitality was very good. Staffs were very kind to help me collect my Taobao delivery. hotel is very new and clean too. Love the robot service. And love the Hong Kong Cha chan Teng connected to the hotel that I have meals daily. Walking distance to supermarket too. Will be back again if I am in dong guan!
