The room was incredibly spacious with a 2-meter bed, which is bigger than the 1.8-meter beds you find in most other hotels. The ambiance was cozy, and the lighting fixtures were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again.

Key Highlights: • Lobby: Described as excellent — spacious with a high ceiling and bright lighting, creating an impressive first impression. • Staff and Check-in: Very professional service, with a smooth process and unsolicited early check-in. • Rooms: Large, clean, and comfortably elegant despite not being brand-new. The complimentary laundry service was a delightful surprise—not only did they wash our clothes for free, but they also folded them neatly and delivered them to our room. The team was consistently friendly, attentive, and sincere in their hospitality. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s within easy reach of local markets, a variety of restaurants serving delicious and affordable food, and plenty of shops. Whether for dining, shopping, or exploring, everything was conveniently accessible. Hotel & Room: The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The added perks like free supper and free-flow drinks in the lobby were wonderful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. [Perfect Stay Experience] The room was more spacious and brighter than I expected, with fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. Attention to detail was evident everywhere: the mini-bar had a great selection of drinks, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and was equipped with a smart toilet. The complimentary tea bags were of excellent quality, and it was lovely to sit by the window in the afternoon enjoying a cuppa. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and they proactively upgraded my room type. Upon checking out, they even gave me a lovely little gift. Absolutely great value for money, this has become my go-to choice in this city. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, and the service was superb. All the facilities and equipment were brand new. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was also good, exceeding my expectations!

I really appreciated the thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The service was impeccable, making for an absolutely fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Overall an excellent hotel. Following is a suggestion to the air conditioning system. The system probably needs to be cleaned, checked and disinfected as the air delivery do intermittently (not all the time) comes with a strong unpleasant (toilet?) odour. The other item I would highlight is the shower cubicle glass door with the seal installed the wrong way when I checked in to the hotel. The shower door cannot be pushed in to the shower at all. And this caused lots of water to seep out of the cubicle when showering. This is an installation mistake, probably by an inexperienced or untrained plumber/installer. All I did to correct this is to pull out the seal from the fixed glass panel, then push the door inside the shower cubicle and re-fitted the seal. Future guest to this room will find the instruction to ”Push” the glass door into the cubicle being labelled correctly and there will not be any water seepage out of the cubicle when using it. In my country this works by a plumber is at least AUD $120. Btw, thank you for our pleasant stay in this upgraded room.

Really good location in city. Rooms were large, great shower and cold AC. Short walk to almost anything you need. Hotel staff were the best! Good breakfast every day. English communication a little challenging but staff did very well with everything we asked. Stayed 10 days in July and August 2025.

The front desk service was excellent; they were very attentive and even made coffee for me. I've stayed here several times now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and I really like the decor. It's thoughtful that the front desk has a dedicated area for female guests, which is super convenient for travelers. The hotel also has a gym, a swimming pool, and a laundry room. Plus, every room comes with a charger, making it especially great for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

A great hotel! It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling! I highly recommend staying here again!
