"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Wanda Plaza, where you can shop and dine. I stay here every time I'm on a business trip because it's also close to my client's office. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it's very convenient with a balcony, kitchen, and refrigerator. The front desk staff are great and always resolve any issues promptly."

"My first stay at Hampton by Hilton was fantastic! A huge thank you to the lovely and kind lady at the front desk who upgraded my room to one with a balcony. The environment was super comfortable; it was perfect for enjoying some tea and swinging on the swing – very relaxing! The room was very clean, and the hotel has laundry facilities and a gym. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. All the hotel staff were very professional and had excellent service attitudes. 👍👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Dongguan in the future."

"Booked for two nights, and it was pretty decent. Breakfast is a simple meal, enough to fill you up, but certainly not luxurious. The only 'surprise' was on the first night around 9 PM when another guest tried to use their key card on our room – thankfully, we had a triple lock, which was a bit unsettling. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory. Communication with customer service was excellent, and the location was great too. Overall, it's quite good. The room was large and clean."

SstevenandjuneSeriously, I've found the ultimate hotel for family vacations, and it deserves a five-star recommendation! I especially want to rave about the poolside room. The room design is perfect for water lovers; you can step right into the pool from your balcony, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the water without even leaving your room. There's also a private water slide connecting to the hot spring area downstairs, plus a super fun foam pool. My kids spent half the day there, so we didn't even need to plan any extra activities. The breakfast selection was much more extensive than expected, with freshly cooked noodles, baked bread, hot porridge and dishes, fresh fruits and vegetables, fries, and Chinese donuts. Both Chinese and Western options were covered, so everyone, adults and kids alike, could find something they loved. The facilities are new, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The family-friendly amenities are especially thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I bring my family!

TTravelling HIt’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable.
Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan.
I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. But if not; that is their choice as a 4-star hotel as well.

JJijizhazha1521A friend came to visit, and specially booked this Dongguan local old brand hotel. The price is affordable, the location is in the city center, and it is convenient for travel; it is clean and hygienic, and you can see with the naked eye that the facilities and furniture/floors are regularly maintained. The service is thoughtful and answers all questions. Next time I come to visit, I will continue to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserRight before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

The projection TV has the same audio and video experience as a theater, but unfortunately it automatically shuts down after about half an hour, which is not pleasant!
The place is spacious and fully equipped.
The front desk does not provide full-time support. If you have a domestic phone call, there will be no problem.

GGuest UserThis garden-style hotel boasts excellent greenery and fresh air. The rooms are spacious, and the small balcony offers a lovely view of lush foliage, which is very pleasant. The room's cleanliness is also impeccable. However, the front desk lady, while seemingly experienced, wasn't very logical in her service. She didn't mention the complimentary double afternoon tea, and I had to call and ask about it myself. In contrast, the bellhop who helped with our luggage was much more professional, guiding us to the breakfast area and the swimming pool along the way. The complimentary afternoon tea was fantastic! Breakfast was also very rich and varied. Our whole family had a wonderful time at the hotel.

DDenzil Jr.I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.
