"The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the facilities in great condition. Housekeeping was prompt, and having a private washing machine and kitchen was incredibly convenient. I especially loved the TV's free movie library – it had a huge selection, and I found everything I wanted to watch. The air conditioning was also very comfortable! I really liked it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This was my solo trip to Songshan Lake for some relaxation, and my first stay at Hampton. I chose it because of the quiet surroundings. 🤔 **Transportation:** The cultural tourism special line and on-demand transport here save a lot of time and are available whenever you need them, which made it easy for me to explore the entire Songshan Lake area in one day. Next door is Youlanli, just across the road. It's suitable for all ages and quite large. Whether you're interested in cultural enrichment, scientific literacy, or educational travel, you'll find suitable venues and interactive games. I'll bring my family here next time. **Facilities:** The basic facilities are excellent. What surprised me most was a panel with magnetic elements of the brand and sticky notes, which really inspired me with travel planning ideas. **Hygiene:** Very comfortable. **Environment:** There's some minor construction in the immediate area, which was a bit noisy. **Service:** It's a mid-to-high-end brand, so the service was pretty much as expected – quite good."

"The decor is luxurious, the rooms are large and very clean, quiet and tidy, the front desk service is excellent, the herbal tea tastes great, the breakfast has a wide variety of options, the parking lot is large and convenient, and parking is free. Overall, it is highly recommended."

"This hotel was really easy to find, and the large parking lot made it super convenient to park. I even asked the front desk and found out they have EV charging stations behind the hotel, which is an amazing perk! The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety, including hot dishes, steamed buns, soy milk, and regular milk. The room itself was spacious and tidy, and I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The smart room control system was also very convenient. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making this hotel excellent value for money. I definitely recommend this Lavande Hotel!"

"This was a beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly welcome and the aesthetic of the place is amazing. There are a lot of food options nearby and it’s near most activities making it a convenient location. Zhang Na and You Huishu were very helpful as well and even upgraded our room. Overall a great stay and great experience. There’s an art exhibit on the second floor which adds a nice element to the hotel."
