The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel has a great location and is very comfortable.

I've been staying here for several days, and what I really love is the complimentary laundry service. You just hang your clothes on the door, and they're picked up super quickly, washed fast, thoroughly, and cleanly. After they're done, they're neatly folded and left right outside your door – highly recommended! It's such a thoughtful touch, and the staff are incredibly polite. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back. It's truly worth recommending!

Location: 5/5 – Absolutely Strategic! The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

Returning for my fourth time! feeling calm and knowing exactly what to expect and what standards will be met. It is so reassuring. The staff here are truly amazing. They are incredibly responsive on WeChat, handling any request or issue instantly, and you can trust them completely to ensure a smooth stay. The air conditioning is strong and efficient, and most of the room's features are controlled by buttons right next to the bed, which is incredibly convenient. There is an air purifier for smoking rooms. The room also has a large, comfortable desk for work, plenty of power outlets, a mini-fridge, and an electric kettle. Food delivery is even brought right to your door by robots! Right behind the hotel, there is a huge supermarket stocked with everything you could need at very good prices, along with a McDonald's, various restaurants, and a small mall. Highly recommended! 🌷 This is an aesthetic, pleasant, and well-equipped hotel that strictly maintains its standards over time and provides very good value for money. Truly they deserve applauses 👏👏👏👏👏

It's a lovely hotel and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. There's not an awful lot to do in the immediate surrounding area but, that wasn't an issue for us as we have quite a powerful electric bike and a car. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The common areas and nicely decorated and the rooms are spotless. It is a very quiet and safe area. My one issue is that there is no pool available for guests to use despite the pool being used in pictures and videos all over multiple social media accounts run by this hotel. I had wished to spend an hour or two each day laying by the pool but, we were not able to do so!

Great location with plenty of food options and walking distance to major shopping mall nearby. Would like to take this opportunity to compliment on the friendly front desk staff who are flexible on early check in and late check out with reasonable extension fees due to my flight schedule. The staff would always come forth to offer us bottled drinks and hot tea when we were sitting in the lobby awaiting cab arrival. The rooms are newly renovated and clean, with smart room controls and tv mirroring and smart toilet functions. Overall, a highly recommended value for money hotel.

The overall feeling is pretty good. The room is large and has a bathtub. It's cold and it's very comfortable to take a bath. The room is also heated and the bed is very soft. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. When they came to help me clean up the trash, they saw There was a pile of clothes on the sofa. I asked if I wanted to wash them. They could help me take them to the laundry room to wash them. The service was very considerate. When I checked out, the front desk saw that I hadn’t had breakfast yet and gave me a breakfast coupon to let me go. Have breakfast. Although I didn’t go to [呲ya] in a hurry, the service in this hotel is really good. I recommend everyone to try it.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The room facilities were quite comprehensive. The hotel's location is very close to the Songshan Lake airport terminal, making transportation very convenient, perfect for business trips. It's also very close to the MixC mall area.

In terms of quality, it is on of the highest quality rooms I have stayed in, especially at this price range it’s unbeatable. The room is perfectly clean and the temperature regulation is ideal. The shower temperature and water pressure feels really good, and the toilet flush is powerful. The cleaning lady cleans very efficiently. The complimentary breakfast is a nice plus. As a foreigner the check in process was easy. The only thing that was not so convenient as a foreigner is that the wifi requires login through a .cn Chinese browser which my foreign laptop was unable to access meaning I had to use my hotspot data. Otherwise it would have been near perfect. Rating 9/10.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks stuff for making our stay extra special. I can’t recommend Jin Tai International hotel enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
