5-Star Hotels in Dongguan

The hotel is beautiful! And so clean. When we first arrived we were taken aback by how beautiful the hotel was from the outside. Complimentary refreshments in the hotel and a fruit basket with also a tray of goodies like facemasks was a nice touch to our first impressions. The rooms are so comfy and specious and the hotel is new. I honestly couldn't fault anything in this hotel I just wish we could stay longer!! Swimming pool outside , 4 restaurants to choose from which seemed very busy by guests and people outside from the hotel Thanks for making our stay so special! We had to extend our stay because we loved it so much. If you're ever visiting China I beg you chose this hotel! It's worth every penny. Laundry room on the 4th floor aswell as the tea room. We had to leave our washing as we wanted to head out. When we arrived back the kind lady who worked there folded all our clothes for us and placed them in a bag for us to return! There is also a coffee shop at the main reception open during daytime hours I loved this hotel and we have afternoon tea to enjoy tomorrow. I highly recommend the Regal Palace Hotel. I've stayed here multiple times, and I'm definitely a returning guest! The location is excellent, right next to the 4A-rated Longfeng Villa Resort, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are superb, with a clean swimming pool, ball pit, sand pit, and even DIY craft activities. The kids were entertained all day long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's my top choice for a vacation with kids – no need to rush around, both adults and children can relax. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

My stay at the Dongguan Shijie Fuying Hotel far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the luxurious decor. The spacious and bright lobby, paired with exquisite chandeliers, instantly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The guest rooms were spacious, with soft and comfortable mattresses. The restaurant offered a wide variety of buffet breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel also offered free parking, and the staff were warm and attentive. The environment is quiet and serene, with a subtle Chinese garden style. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (it would be even better if they provided two pairs of slippers for showering). Kids enjoyed playing in the water, while adults worked out and hiked. The service was a bit lacking, though. The service robot was slow to respond, and we had to chase down staff multiple times for assistance, likely due to understaffing. During the May Day holiday, check-in was really slow; we didn't get our room key until after 6:30 PM. Thankfully, the manager was flexible and arranged for the kids to go swimming first, and even gave us some drink vouchers (for a Coke, Sprite, or instant coffee) for those who weren't swimming.

The hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise. One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them. The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day. Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room. Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The Songshan Lake Hotel in Dongguan has an amazing location! The hotel is surrounded by Songshan Lake, and as soon as you open the window, there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the pavilions and towers in the distance, and the beautiful lake scenery. The hotel's interior decoration is still relatively new, and the overall architecture has a traditional style. It's truly massive; it takes several minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. A big thank you to Herbert, who helped us with check-in! Norton from the breakfast department was also very enthusiastic in explaining the breakfast options. The hotel itself is excellent, my only minor quibble is that the front desk area feels a bit too small. For such a large five-star hotel, the entire front desk workspace seems a bit cramped and lacking in grandeur. If there are future renovation plans, I highly recommend making the front desk much more spacious and impressive. Thank you for taking care of me and my Indian colleague during our stay. The staff were warm and professional, the bedding was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with fresh ingredients, and the live cooking station was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet sleeping environment.

Everything is good. Family room was clean and nice. Swimming pool and hot springs are excellent and were very clean. The whole layout and area is lush green and pleasant to look at. We only faced some food related issues because we were expecting a decent continental spread for the breakfast and those options or options of food for vegetarians are less in general. If the management can also have the names of food items written in both English and Mandarin, foreigners like us would be greatly benefitted because we didn't know what ingredients are in the food due to our dietary preferences. Those would be my only suggestions. I must also add that when we shared our food restrictions, the Chef came out and discussed with us and helped us by cooking the food which wasn't on the menu... so thats what I would call hospitality. A big cheers to him for that.

Amazing hotel, huge outdoor swimming pool, large and comfortable bedrooms with nice balcony. Breakfast is varied, with nice noodles and egg stations. Great tennis courts at the MK club with a friendly staff, and after a good hitting session you can have a great relaxing recovery downstairs at the spa center including jacuzzi, cold bath, spa jets and sauna. And everything for a great value price, highly recommended!!!

The hygiene is excellent, the service is attentive, and the location is convenient. It's incredible value for money! The room is clean and odor-free, the bed is super comfortable, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. The location is superb, soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The attention to detail is fantastic, the cleaning staff are diligent, and service requests are handled quickly. I'll definitely be back.
