5-Star Hotels in Dongguan

We booked a hotel package that included buffet breakfast and dinner. The food selection was incredibly rich, not just a token offering, and they kept it well-stocked, replenishing items quickly if they ran low. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Another great point was that our package included two-day admission to Longfeng Villa, but due to a typhoon, we couldn't enter. However, the hotel promptly refunded a portion of the ticket cost. Even though we couldn't go outdoors, the hotel had plenty of children's play facilities, so the typhoon didn't affect us at all. We ate, drank, and played all within the hotel. All in all, we had a very happy and enjoyable stay.

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

My stay at the Dongguan Shijie Fuying Hotel far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the luxurious decor. The spacious and bright lobby, paired with exquisite chandeliers, instantly created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The guest rooms were spacious, with soft and comfortable mattresses. The restaurant offered a wide variety of buffet breakfast options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel also offered free parking, and the staff were warm and attentive. Great location, really convenient to get around and close to everything. The hotel was clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth. Rooms were decent and had everything needed for a short stay. Would stay again.

The hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise. One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them. The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day. Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room. Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The breakfast area is beautifully decorated with a good variety of choices, they even have roast goose lai fun (rice noodles)! The room is comfortable and clean, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the bathtub fills and drains quickly. The staff are polite, especially empathetic. I was just about to check out when a sudden heavy thunderstorm hit. I communicated with the front desk, and they were understanding, allowing me to wait until the rain eased before checking out. It felt very welcoming.

The staff were warm and professional, the bedding was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with fresh ingredients, and the live cooking station was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet sleeping environment.

Everything is good. Family room was clean and nice. Swimming pool and hot springs are excellent and were very clean. The whole layout and area is lush green and pleasant to look at. We only faced some food related issues because we were expecting a decent continental spread for the breakfast and those options or options of food for vegetarians are less in general. If the management can also have the names of food items written in both English and Mandarin, foreigners like us would be greatly benefitted because we didn't know what ingredients are in the food due to our dietary preferences. Those would be my only suggestions. I must also add that when we shared our food restrictions, the Chef came out and discussed with us and helped us by cooking the food which wasn't on the menu... so thats what I would call hospitality. A big cheers to him for that.

Amazing hotel, huge outdoor swimming pool, large and comfortable bedrooms with nice balcony. Breakfast is varied, with nice noodles and egg stations. Great tennis courts at the MK club with a friendly staff, and after a good hitting session you can have a great relaxing recovery downstairs at the spa center including jacuzzi, cold bath, spa jets and sauna. And everything for a great value price, highly recommended!!!

The hygiene is excellent, the service is attentive, and the location is convenient. It's incredible value for money! The room is clean and odor-free, the bed is super comfortable, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. The location is superb, soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The attention to detail is fantastic, the cleaning staff are diligent, and service requests are handled quickly. I'll definitely be back.
