5-Star Hotels in Dongguan

Enjoyed a great 3D2N trip to Dongguan. The staff kindly upgraded our room upon arrival just because it was available! Rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Loved the custom pillow selection service! Note for online shoppers: some courier services cannot deliver Taobao packages directly to the hotel desk. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful in contacting delivery drivers for us, and the local pickup points are just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, a great experience with helpful service!

This hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, plus a ball pit and craft area, which my kids absolutely loved. We even got a free room upgrade! The facilities and service were excellent. It's right next to Longfeng Mountain Villa and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities and environment are still good. The room is clean, and it's quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. The breakfast, in particular, had local specialties, which is a key difference between a star-rated and a 'diamond' hotel. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Location: Situated near several mini shopping malls, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and beverage options. I Would suggest going to Shanghai (something) if you want to get your clothes washed. You can pick it up the next day. (Make a left when you walk out of the hotel, keep walking until you see a bank and turn left. It has a blue sign). Much cheaper compared to the hotel. There's a nail salon, spa place, and massage within 5 minutes of walking (also walk left when you come out of the hotel, make a left again) Cleanliness: We encountered no cleanliness issues during our stay. Service: The front desk staff was notably friendly and helpful. Facilities: The hotel boasts an array of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, buffet area, and spa. While there have been recent changes such as a rotation of dim sum and buffet options, and a downsizing of the buffet, our overall experience was quite satisfactory. This hotel has been our go-to choice whenever we return to Shijie.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the intercity rail station. It takes only half an hour to Shenzhen Airport and an hour to Guangzhou, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, though it seems unmanaged with limited equipment. Massage services are also available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, Nicole, provided attentive and efficient service. Overall, it was a great experience, making it an ideal choice for business travel. Highly recommended!

Came to Dongguan for a basketball game and chose this hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but well-maintained, located in the middle of a golf course, surrounded by greenery, and very quiet. Even though it was November, my kids insisted on swimming, and the water was very clean with not many people around. It was very relaxing to vacation here. Breakfast options were limited and just so-so, but the hotel's set lunch for two was decent. Special shoutout to service staff Xiao Zhu (Little Zhu) for his warm and attentive service. He explained everything clearly and in detail, and even helped us move a bed. Thank you! I'd definitely come back to stay here again if I have the chance.

Everything is good. Family room was clean and nice. Swimming pool and hot springs are excellent and were very clean. The whole layout and area is lush green and pleasant to look at. We only faced some food related issues because we were expecting a decent continental spread for the breakfast and those options or options of food for vegetarians are less in general. If the management can also have the names of food items written in both English and Mandarin, foreigners like us would be greatly benefitted because we didn't know what ingredients are in the food due to our dietary preferences. Those would be my only suggestions. I must also add that when we shared our food restrictions, the Chef came out and discussed with us and helped us by cooking the food which wasn't on the menu... so thats what I would call hospitality. A big cheers to him for that.

My stay at the Meisi Weildun Hotel was fantastic! A special thanks to Xiao Man at the front desk for her patient and meticulous communication, quick check-in process, and smooth, efficient invoice handling. The room was spacious and clean, with an outstanding bathroom view. The facilities were well-maintained. The staff were all polite and friendly, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in Humen.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.
