⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at The Mansion Boutique Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at The Mansion Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax.
What really stood out was the warm hospitality of the staff—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable.
The amenities were also great. The open spaces, pool, and family-friendly facilities created a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay memorable. The breakfast was good and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Clark. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

I got the peace and tranquility I required.
The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended. Thank you for a nice stay experience.

My recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. I'd definitely recommend it to first-time independent travelers visiting Clark.
First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right near the bustling heart of Angeles City, surrounded by numerous restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, and bars, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze.
The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service.
The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water – perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The breakfast options at the restaurant weren't luxurious, but the food tasted good and was sufficient for most travelers.
If I had to point out any downsides, some of the room furnishings show a bit of age and occasional signs of wear. Also, if you're there on a weekend or during peak season, the surrounding nightlife can get quite lively. Light sleepers might want to request a quieter room.
Overall, considering the price, location, room comfort, and service quality, Queens Hotel Clark offers excellent value for money. Whether you're traveling independently, on a business trip, or enjoying a short holiday in Clark, it's a very worthwhile accommodation option.

Guest UserFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball.
The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great.
The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

I booked this hotel as a special gift to celebrate my sister’s graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. She had worked so hard to reach this milestone, and I wanted to give her a relaxing, memorable experience. From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
