"The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again.."

"The location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful."

We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area.
One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests.
Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!"

JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

MMakatiThis is our first time at Hilton Pampanga and the ambiance is good.But the room view is not good it's dissappointing.The hotel staff was friendly but the lady in the front desk is not so.If your looking for a place far from busy place,it's good to stay at hilton.

AAnonymous UserVery pleasant experience, 5star experience for sure. You really get what you pay for and more. We were lucky enough to be given special and upgraded experience for free. We were given free access to the M Club Lounge, free snacks 24/7, dinner, cocktails, breakfast and even complementary coffee from the cafe on the GF and in room minibar. Breakfast at theGoji is also a must have. Everyone was so nice too! Very nice and kind people. The casino is on the same building. Definitely coming back here and hopefully we get the free upgrade of the day again!

GGenieynaI was so impressed by how professional and clean the staff were. From the front desk to the kitchen and even maintenance, everyone was helpful. It is definitely worth the price! Compared to other expensive motels, Palette’s bedding is much higher quality. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back!

The jacuzzi baths and shower screens are covered in scum, the jacuzzi baths stink of stagnant water ”hello legionnaires disease”, the elevators etc aren't wiped down for 3 days, that's they lower parts , the upper parts..., your guess is as good as mine
When you upgrade to enjoy a balcony and jacuzzi bath, little details like balcony furniture and a clean bathroom are generally appreciated, though not offered

ГГалинаWe stayed in the hotel for a day. We came from New Clark City, where we participated in the veterans' track and field competition. We chose one closer to Clark SM to make it more convenient to go to Manila airport. If you walk, then SM Clark is less than 1500 m away.
The staff greeted us kindly and helped us bring our things into the room.
Presidential Suite is a great name for the room. The furniture and household appliances are very old and noisy.
The room consists of two levels: on the ground floor there is a dining area, toilet and shower, on the second there is a bedroom.
There is an electric stove in the kitchen, but we didn’t use it, we only heated tea. There is a refrigerator in which we hid all the food from insects.
Bed linen is clean. two double beds. There are sconces and sockets for charging phones above the beds.
Bonus - there are large cockroaches running around on the first floor and there are a lot of small ants in the toilet.
The shower has cold and hot water and a set of towels.
There is a small pool with cool water in the lobby. There is a table and chairs for a comfortable rest.
For a short trip, budget accommodation, the conditions correspond to the price. :

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
