I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very enjoyable stay overall. The first night wasn't as good though because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor which had a few ants the next morning, so I requested a room change and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much better. Housekeeping was good since they clean all the dishes but they don't provide hand towels, only provide packets of bath gel and shampoo and small cheap hotel bar soap which I didn't use. Also, the hot water was only lukewarm the whole time and they didn't have a second trash can after I changed rooms which is strange. Additionally, I had to request trash bags since it seems pretty gross without them. If they fixed these small issues, the hotel stay would be nearly flawless. The gym was top notch. One other thing, check-in was a hassle since they make you sign this waiver saying you won't break or lose any little item in the room like the 8 picture frames and 2 ornaments on the walls and tables, the chairs and tables themselves, and anything and everything in the room. So I had to check every item was there myself before signing the form.

Every staff member was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, and the room was nice. However, on my first day, there was a tour group checking in, so there was some noise because they didn't close their doors properly, which was quite noticeable. The location is not ideal; the area felt unsafe. When we walked back to the hotel after dinner, which was only a 5-minute walk, two children actually asked us for money. So, try to avoid walking around at night. Overall, if you just stay inside the hotel, it's pretty good.

Was good location for my places needed to go My room was clean and the had a housekeeping desk on the floor to help if needed and always kind. They had an in house bar and restaurant. Was good American food for a country other than USA. The staff in the restaurant/bar were really sweet and fun. They were professional and entertaining. We would spend morning and evening in there. If it was not for these ladies we definitely would have visited other places to eat and drink. The knew how to interact with foreigners and mad you feel like a regular.thumbs up to the young ladies. The ladies at desk were polite and helpful. Will come again

This hotel is popular with Japanese guests and is conveniently located just off Red Road. It's quiet and peaceful. However, I stayed in the old wing, and the shower had no hot water...

Aside from the clogged toilet, everything else was okay. The room rate was quite expensive for the area, and I'm not sure why an old hotel like this would increase its prices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Family Stay Experience at SureStay Hotel We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at SureStay Hotel with our family, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. What we loved the most is that we were able to cook inside the room. This was very convenient for us, especially since we were traveling with kids. It made our stay more comfortable, more flexible, and it also helped us save on food expenses. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were also very helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed something, which made the experience even more pleasant and stress free. Another highlight of our stay was the pool. My kids absolutely enjoyed it and had so much fun swimming. It became one of their favorite parts of the trip, and we appreciated how relaxing and family friendly the pool area was. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great amenities, and very family friendly environment. We will definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend SureStay Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. 10 out of 10 experience. My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

The place is nice, it's just that some of the facilities like the TV was not working when we got there. But all in all, all the staff are accommodating.

One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
