First, the positives: it's quite close to Songhu Misty Rain.
There's ample parking, and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic.
The hotel breakfast is very rich.
The room is spacious, and even has a recliner.
The bathroom area is also quite good.
Small downsides: the shower cubicle is a bit small, so you can't hang clothes inside.
There are no hooks for clothes near the sink outside.
There's a night light by the bed, but I couldn't find the switch to turn it off.
Being newly renovated, there's a slight smell, which should dissipate in a few months.

BBaotazhenheyao009As a professional working in international five-star hotels, I booked this stay with an eye for experiencing it myself, and the overall impression far exceeded my expectations. I had assumed that an economy hotel would compromise on quality, but after checking in, I found that the room's soft furnishings, hardware quality, and even the bedding and bathroom details were all thoughtfully executed. There was no cheap feel whatsoever; everything was clean and well-maintained. The overall experience was truly excellent.
I especially want to commend two front desk staff members, Chanchan and Qiupai Lin. Their service attitude was outstanding—warm, professional, and they handled check-in efficiently and smoothly. They were friendly and proper, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. To find such a high level of service awareness and hardware quality in an economy hotel is truly rare and something my industry peers could learn from. Highly recommended!

CcccingThe castle-view room offered a beautiful light show at night, and the room facilities were brand new. The hotel has a ball pit, sandpit, building block area, and reading zone, which kept the kids entertained for a long time. The outdoor pool wasn't open yet, and the indoor pool was quite deep, making it unsuitable for children. The hot spring area was less crowded and more comfortable. Plus, the nearby Longfeng Villa offered more activities than expected. Overall, we had a great time, and considering it was a holiday, the price premium wasn't too high, making it excellent value for money.

HhcwingrThe Banyan Tree Dongguan is an excellent leisure hotel, conveniently located near the Songshan Lake Scenic Area. It boasts extensive green spaces and fresh air, with a grand and elegant design. I especially want to commend Nana for her meticulous and thoughtful service. She arranged everything I needed before check-in, which was super nice and showed great service awareness!

PPiotr LiThe breakfast was a joke. Better go on the street or buy in 7/11. Even no juice or normal cold water for drinking. Only basic food for desperately hungry people's. Better sklep longer than go this breakfast.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

GGuest UserRight before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

GGuest UserThe room was really new, well-equipped, and clean. The overall environment was impressive. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and new slippers were provided in the room, so I didn't have to go barefoot when showering, which was great! The toilet was new and very clean, showing great attention to detail. The sofa was stylish and had a nice texture, making it very comfortable to sit on. The view outside the window was fantastic and expansive. It was quiet and pleasant to stay in, very satisfied.
