__WeChat229368****The Songshan Lake Intercity Hotel was an amazing experience! The German Bauhaus style is simple yet grand, and the Sealy mattress paired with Australian toiletries made for a super comfortable stay. The breakfast was rich and included German sausages. It's conveniently located near scenic spots with easy transportation. The service was thoughtful and efficient, and the complimentary mini-bar and laundry service were fantastic bonuses. The value for money is exceptional! A special shout-out to JAY for providing super attentive and excellent service.

GGuest UserWe choosed this hotel to celebrate the new year with the family. This was my second visit to this hotel. We had an outstanding stay at this hotel—it exceeded expectations in every way. The property was immaculately clean and impressively equipped with modern technology, creating a seamless and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out.
A special mention goes to Ms. Luo at the front desk (前台罗小姐), whose warmth and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. She graciously upgraded both of our rooms and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtful service added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a wide range of amenities that cater to both leisure and business travelers. The breakfast area was bright and welcoming, offering a diverse selection of dishes that were especially accommodating for international guests like us.
Parking was hassle-free, with complimentary spaces available for hotel guests—a much-appreciated convenience.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserStaying at the Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake during the May Day holiday, I was blown away! It's a hidden Lingnan gem nestled by Songshan Lake, with its red walls, dark tiled roofs, and shimmering lake views. Every step feels like walking through an oriental poem. The hotel environment is private and tranquil, filled with the captivating scent of native Incense trees, instantly washing away any travel fatigue.
The rooms are spacious and luxurious, starting from 70㎡, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning lake and mountain views. The private villa hot spring bath is incredibly soothing, and the turndown service is meticulous and thoughtful, adding a wonderful touch of ceremony. The reception service was incredibly warm and attentive; even during the peak May Day holiday, they were quick to respond. They proactively helped with luggage and provided excellent recommendations for activities, exceeding all expectations. I especially appreciated the comfortable size of the mountain-view villa they arranged, and the SPA massage technique was top-notch [thumbs up].
The dining is abundant and delicious; the Cantonese dim sum for breakfast is authentic, and the ingredients are fresh. The lakeside infinity pool, professional Banyan Tree SPA, and kids' club are all excellent facilities, and there are plenty of activities for children. I'd love to bring my kids here next time for a full resort experience. Choosing this place for an off-season trip means escaping the crowds and enjoying private lake and mountain views – a perfect high-end vacation experience. Highly recommended!

The surrounding environment is very down-to-earth, full of all kinds of food and drink, but when you enter the hotel room, the main colors are black and white, cold and comfortable, elegant and warm, there is a feeling of going from a small town to Shanghai, hahaha
It's so worth it.
The front desk lady is also very beautiful, and the service is also very warm and thoughtful.
Personally, I think it would be more textured without those fake flowers hanging on the wall, hahaha

PPiotr LiThe breakfast was a joke. Better go on the street or buy in 7/11. Even no juice or normal cold water for drinking. Only basic food for desperately hungry people's. Better sklep longer than go this breakfast.

The refrigerator in the room was broken and wouldn't turn on.
The breakfast menu also seems to have fewer items compared to before.

GGuest UserRight before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

GGo around the world ~全球到處走~This time we booked a ”Standard King Room · 1 room * 1 night”. The hotel service and check-in at the [front desk] were fast and polite. The overall worship and hygiene are very good! And also gave 2 packs of drinks and 2 packs of biscuits. [Room] As for the room, the water was very good, and supplies such as shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer were provided. This time it was not as noisy at night as last time. Maybe I asked for a high floor and it was not a busy day! The beds were clean and comfortable. [Geographical location] It is also very convenient. There are several restaurants nearby downstairs, so you don’t have to worry about being hungry at night. Still highly recommended for staying.

GGuest UserThere was a slight hiccup during my stay, which initially caused a bit of concern. However, the staff handled it incredibly promptly and with a wonderful attitude, resolving it right away. It actually made me feel even more at ease. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, making for a very relaxing stay. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about service; they don't shirk responsibility when issues arise and actively work to solve them, which is a huge plus. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it!
