"My stay at Mousse Sleep Hotel (Dongguan Binjiang Sports Center Station Branch) completely exceeded my expectations, and I'm giving it a full five-star rating.
1. **Cleanliness**: The room cleanliness was exceptionally high. The bedding, bathroom, and desk had no hidden dirty spots, and the floors and glass were sparkling clean, without any odors or residual stains. It truly met the cleaning standards of a high-star hotel.
2. **Environment and Soundproofing**: The hotel's location and overall environment were very quiet. Even though my room faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent, with no external noise disturbance at night, making it perfect for guests who prioritize quality sleep. The lighting and aromatherapy in both public areas and guest rooms were comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
3. **Service Responsiveness**: The front desk and housekeeping staff were professional and warm. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and they responded promptly to guest requests with thoughtful attention to detail, never appearing perfunctory or indifferent.
4. **Facilities and Sleep Experience**: As a hotel focused on sleep, the bedding and mattress provided excellent support and a sense of being enveloped. Coupled with the sleep-aid features in the room, it significantly improved sleep quality. The in-room facilities were well-maintained; all appliances and bathroom fixtures worked perfectly, with no signs of age or malfunction.

GGuest UserNice surroundings, but the traffic in the area is really bad. The hotel has good facilities and not as worn as expected after all these years. Indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a shop. Good for families with kids.

GGuest UserRight before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

As soon as you enter the door, the e-sports atmosphere is super strong, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, lighting and sound insulation are in place. The computer configuration is full, the high-swipe screen is fine and delicate, the whole process of running large games is silky and not stuck, the gigabit network speed is stable and zero delay, the group battle and the black are super smooth. The professional e-sports chair has a strong sense of wrapping, sedentary sitting is not tired, the keyboard and mouse feel first-class, and the peripherals are very comfortable to use. The bedding is soft and clean, and it is super safe to rest when you are tired. The service responds quickly, the attitude is warm, and the details are intimate. Whether it is a team with friends to open the black, or relax alone, it is very suitable, the price is super high, it is the best choice for e-sports enthusiasts, I will definitely come next time, highly recommended! GGuest UserThe front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the location is very biased to find it, the front desk customer service contacted us as much as possible, but we found the location ourselves, she also took us to the small courtyard where we lived, the service attitude is very good, and also told us to order takeaway convenient address, It is in the scenic area that you don’t need tickets to live in at night, but this room is too long without people. There is dust on the quilt, yellow stains on the sheets, spider silk on the ceiling, it’s really not lived for a long time, and the toilet lights are very dark and damp. Feeling, The disposable items we gave us were also put for a long time and it was damp and dark. Quiet at night, it is really pleasant to go out to the small courtyard with flowers and grass. It is like returning to a child. It is recommended that the hygiene of the room be cleaned and checked when the customer is staying.

GGuest UserThe villa has a great location and decent room facilities, including karaoke and mahjong rooms. However, the villa only has two floors, with one floor in the basement, resulting in poor ventilation; the basement bedroom was quite stuffy. Wastewater from the basement is pumped up to the surface for drainage. On the day we checked in, the basement toilet pump malfunctioned, causing sewage to back up into the toilet, filling the entire basement with a foul odor. Although the housekeeper addressed the issue promptly, it significantly diminished our overall experience. Hygiene was average; given the villa's age, mold was inevitable in the corners and hard-to-reach areas. Therefore, at over 3000 RMB per night, the price was not good value. Furthermore, the sewage backflow in the toilet was a very distressing experience, and the management offered no compensation whatsoever. As a VIP member of Ctrip, I could have immediately complained, but considering it was a family member's birthday that day, I didn't want to escalate the situation. However, I'm certain I will never book a hotel from this brand again, nor will I recommend it to any friends.

DDenzil Jr.I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.
