Romantic Hotels in Dongguan

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the location is very biased to find it, the front desk customer service contacted us as much as possible, but we found the location ourselves, she also took us to the small courtyard where we lived, the service attitude is very good, and also told us to order takeaway convenient address, It is in the scenic area that you don’t need tickets to live in at night, but this room is too long without people. There is dust on the quilt, yellow stains on the sheets, spider silk on the ceiling, it’s really not lived for a long time, and the toilet lights are very dark and damp. Feeling, The disposable items we gave us were also put for a long time and it was damp and dark. Quiet at night, it is really pleasant to go out to the small courtyard with flowers and grass. It is like returning to a child. It is recommended that the hygiene of the room be cleaned and checked when the customer is staying.

Right before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

This trip was incredibly enjoyable for me and my family. The villa facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool, karaoke, and mahjong (though our family of four didn't play). A pool table would have been even better. One suggestion: add some hooks to the bathroom walls for hanging towels or clothes! The bathroom and toilet floors were a bit slippery; adding a floor mat would be helpful for absorbing water and preventing slipping. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Amazing hotel, huge outdoor swimming pool, large and comfortable bedrooms with nice balcony. Breakfast is varied, with nice noodles and egg stations. Great tennis courts at the MK club with a friendly staff, and after a good hitting session you can have a great relaxing recovery downstairs at the spa center including jacuzzi, cold bath, spa jets and sauna. And everything for a great value price, highly recommended!!!
