The service of the owner and staff was superb and caring. Thank you very much for taking care of our family of three over the past two days. We spent a very pleasant two nights in Hualien. If we have the opportunity to come again next time, we will definitely choose Lohas Yaluya B&B, a super warm and comfortable ”home”!

Had a great experience staying here. Really a very lovely property. It even had an elevator. Only one point to note was that for the kitchen there wasnt any stovetop so if you planned to cook something or heat something up on the stove well you can't. But other than that the stay was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Quite a lot of food options that is walking distance.

Very high-performance hotel, there are many famous shops nearby The bedside table can be charged by induction, the bathtub is large, the water pressure is strong, the bathroom mirror is also large, there are fill lights and defog functions, the deluxe room is large and clean; The bed is also large, very comfortable to sleep, the bidet is comfortable, and there are enough sockets; although there is no breakfast, it is not bad, there are many breakfast shops nearby, but it is a pity that the hotel bicycles must be rented, the room minibar provides less things, and the sound insulation seems to be not so good. My husband said that he could hear the sound outside, and my child and I didn't hear any sound in the room except the sound of other people's doors closing. There are fewer TV options, you can log in to the membership to watch youtube or other, but there is no Nefix, the volume and sound quality cannot be adjusted, which is a pity.

The environment in the manor is very good, with green grass, swaying trees, streams and fish ponds, and a row of tent rooms in the distance. During the day, lying on the lawn with the blue sky and white clouds reflecting each other can make people forget the hustle and bustle of the world and feel refreshed. There is no light pollution at night, and you can see the bright stars of the Milky Way. It happens to be a full moon night, it feels like being on earth! The guest rooms in the main building are spacious, clean and sanitary. The water is pure natural hot spring water with excellent water quality. After soaking, your skin feels very smooth and comfortable. The manor is about an 8-minute drive from Ruisui Station. Around 9 pm, almost all the surrounding restaurants close, making it most convenient for self-driving tourists. For breakfast, you can choose between Chinese and Western set meals, with juice, coffee, and milk tea available, and the portions are definitely sufficient. It would be perfect if the employees could add a little more initiative and enthusiasm. so cool! An ideal place to recharge your batteries for a short getaway, will definitely come back.

The lobby staff was friendly, and the (older) staff at the breakfast room on the second floor were enthusiastic and helpful! The children's playroom on the second floor didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. The trash I saw after checking in was still there the next morning...

Great experiance at The moment by lakeshore! The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds with curtains and privet hangers and lights 😅 It's a complex of buildings by lakeshore, we had a room with amazing mountains and gardens view. The auto check in station was simple to understand and operate, and suitable for us, since we arrived quite late. The room design is very cool, everything worked, good water pressure. The shower is separated from the toilet, so it's comfy for friends staying together. For us as a family it didn't matter. Everything in the minibar was included in the room price, and I tried the cold brew teas, they were excellent! The breakfast was served in the hotel building next to our hotel, from the same owner. Great buffet, large variety and even marked for allergies! The hotel has a parking area close by, and it's about 10 minutes drive to Taroko visitors center. All in all, I recommend this hotel for short stays, if you are with 3 or 4 kids take the bunk beds room for 6, we really enjoyed it.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and it's just a 5-minute walk from the train station. They offer a great variety of breakfast options, perfect for a leisurely meal. 😎 Even when there was a big earthquake at night, my sleep wasn't disturbed. Right outside the hotel, there's a delicious chicken soup vermicelli with mini squid that's a must-try!

The Daoxiang double room we stayed in was very elegant and large, especially the oversized bed which was super comfortable to sleep on. I am an elderly person who is undergoing neck rehabilitation and I am very picky about beds and pillows, but I slept very soundly and deeply here. A big thumbs up to the hotel owner for choosing the hard bed facilities. The room is super clean. Although the hardware equipment is not new, it has a simple and elegant charm, which I like. It's a bit like Kung Fu tea that needs to be savored slowly. We are an elderly couple who came to Hualien to visit friends. Before checking in, we requested a quiet room with no smoke. We could not stay in the side room due to our physical condition. Although the room had some minor flaws in sound insulation, the hotel met our needs. The peaceful and pleasant environment in the rice fields will give you a good night's sleep. The backyard also gets high marks, and is perfect for a relaxing stroll. The breakfast was rich and delicious. This is very suitable for us who don't need dazzling amusement facilities and come here to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing accommodation environment. The only drawback is that they don't provide dinner, but we solved that by using the hotel's instant noodles and ordering takeout via mobile phone. The price is very reasonable and it is a highly recommended accommodation.

There happened to be a night market that day, and the location is right next to the station. The room is large and the hair dryer is great. They also upgraded us to have a balcony, but the only thing is that the air conditioner is very loud. There are fewer breakfast options, but everything else is excellent. The proprietress is very kind.
