5-Star Hotels in Fuzhou

To be honest, I've always had some preconceived notions about homestays, but this one genuinely changed my mind. The overall environment is really good, and the service is absolutely fantastic. They lend out sand-digging tools, can tell you where to find 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton), and even notify you about daily tide times. The best part is, they offer a free photo shoot and give you three photos, and they're genuinely beautiful (much better than what you'd get from a random street photographer). There's also a pool, but it was too cold to go in that day. They have plenty of parent-child activities too; my child made fridge magnets and painted pictures to take home. It was a very enjoyable experience!

The hotel lobby was spacious and bright. The concierge was proactive and enthusiastic about helping with luggage, and the front desk staff provided service with a smile. Check-in was very quick, and Kelly arranged a room that I absolutely loved. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. For breakfast, there was a great selection of fruits, as well as both Chinese and Western pastries. Overall, it offered good value for money.

The room was clean and tidy. We received a fruit platter on our first night and a turndown snack. My child was hungry and enjoyed a bowl of peanut soup. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still in good condition. We came back late, so my little one didn't get to go on the slide, which was a bit of a waste, haha. The bed guard rail was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to sleep soundly. We also received a welcome gift. And breakfast was delicious!

Booked a family connecting room, which was indeed a connecting room. The overall room size was quite spacious, and the view was excellent with no obstructions. The surrounding area felt a bit messy and unkempt when going out at night. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offered good dinner options and had a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety, including local specialties. The only thing was the 'mian xian hu' (rice vermicelli paste) seemed to have some herbal additives, which I wasn't used to, but everything else was great.

The location is excellent, and the room is very spacious, which made traveling with kids and seniors much easier. We stayed in a Hyatt Centric king room, and the river view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service was also top-notch. Plus, the prices didn't skyrocket during the Chinese New Year period.

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully, paying attention to every detail. The location is convenient with complete amenities, making it my top choice for accommodation and travel.

The service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
