The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room decor features a clean, natural wood style, which feels much cleaner than carpeted rooms. The facilities are well-equipped; you can borrow umbrellas from the concierge on rainy days, and they are super large. Kelly provided excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The only minor drawback was the slightly small room, but considering it's a hotel converted from a centuries-old historical residence, that's perfectly understandable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with picturesque views at every turn, and both the service and facilities are excellent. It's located in the lovely Zhuzi Ancient Street, featuring charming bridges over flowing water and lush banyan trees. You can easily stroll all the way to Sanfang Qixiang, truly experiencing a blend of bustling modernity and rich history. It's an absolutely perfect resting spot for a trip to Fuzhou.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was large. The hotel is located by West Lake, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a beautiful environment. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Fuzhou snacks, which was fantastic! In the evenings, the restaurant provided complimentary porridge, side dishes, and buns, all of which were especially tasty. Every night, we received a complimentary bird's nest soup and fruit delivered to our room. The hotel is also conveniently close to many attractions.

The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! The hotel's hygiene is top-notch; every corner is spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. Room facilities are well-maintained, with no damage or signs of age. Hot water is plentiful and the water pressure is stable, making showers very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, always promptly meeting any needs. Miss Fu from the front desk was particularly great with her timely follow-ups. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Traveling with my bestie, we booked a twin room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Both beds were super comfy and large, perfect for taking great pictures. The cleanliness was top-notch; not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bathroom counter had plenty of space, making it easy to do our makeup. Tina, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and promptly brought extra towels when we asked. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic too, with bubble tea shops and hotpot restaurants everywhere, and it's super convenient for shopping. The soundproofing was excellent, so our late-night chats didn't disturb anyone. Definitely the top choice for a girls' trip!

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

Very good. The front desk service was friendly and polite. There's complimentary coffee available, and it tastes pretty good. The hotel has already started its Chinese New Year decorations, creating a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a nice experience.

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
