During check-in, I received a thoughtful call that they had made in advance. The front desk staff meticulously confirmed our arrival time and even proactively asked if we wanted a higher floor. This feeling of being cared for genuinely made us feel so comfortable. After settling into our room and dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the breakfast area the next morning. I unexpectedly fell in love with their congee! 🥣 It was the kind of thick, slow-cooked congee; the millet congee was perfectly bloomed and melted in your mouth with every spoonful. The preserved egg and lean pork congee was incredibly generous with ingredients; every scoop had tender preserved eggs and shredded pork. Even with my sensitive stomach, I felt warm and cozy after finishing it. I had two big bowls for breakfast two days in a row. But the biggest surprise was the soundproofing! I'm a very light sleeper and was initially worried about the noise from the main road. However, once the doors and windows were closed at night, I couldn't hear any traffic noise from outside. The room was so quiet that I could only hear the rustling of the wind sweeping through the leaves outside the window. I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning, even my dreams were extra sweet. 💤 From the aroma in the lobby to the thoughtful pre-arrival call, the comforting hot congee that soothed my stomach, and the peaceful quiet for a good night's sleep, every detail showed genuine care. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

Pingtan had always been on my travel list, and I finally decided to visit last minute. I spent a long time choosing a hotel. Actually, for a summer trip to Pingtan, I'd highly recommend picking a hotel or guesthouse and staying put for a few days, only venturing out to see the sea and take photos in the evening, because it's simply too hot and sunny! We rented a car at 12:30 PM, drove around for half a day, and arrived at the guesthouse at 8 PM. As soon as we got out of the car, a butler was there to help with our luggage! The pure white building looked beautiful even at night. Next to it was the Windmill Sea restaurant, where you could hear live singers and enjoy the breeze – it was so comfortable! After checking in, my child immediately changed into a swimsuit and headed to the pool; they were absolutely thrilled! The hotel also provided swim rings, which was very convenient. There was also a water park, which unfortunately we didn't get to experience. For breakfast, you could choose between beef noodles (which were actually rice vermicelli), beef ramen, or congee. I'd recommend the beef ramen. Besides the set meal, you could also pick fruits, juices, salads, etc. The beef in the ramen tasted very fresh! If you could get a window seat, eating while overlooking the Windmill Sea was an even better experience! After breakfast, we booked a travel photoshoot. The photographer delivered the photos incredibly fast, surprisingly so! The kids then played in the soft play area for a long time. The hotel also has a gym and a craft room, and you can participate in hotel activities, especially for kids – they can easily spend an entire day there during the summer without even leaving the hotel. It's a shame we didn't try the afternoon tea. The hotel also creates a 'island friends' WeChat group, offering services like ordering barbecue at night, which can even be delivered directly to your room – perfect for those who just want to chill out! The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing. Fortunately, the hotel prohibits children from playing in the water after 10 PM and even provides earplugs and eye masks, so it's not a huge concern. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep! We had to leave early due to an approaching typhoon, which was sad. My child said she wants to come back again; she absolutely loved it!

Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

The room was clean and the provided body wash and shampoo which was made from olive oil which I think it is a good product,and the provided free drinking water and paper cups.

Just checked out and wanted to leave a review. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was dry with no unpleasant odors. The service was quite impressive; 'Bread' (I assume a staff member's name or nickname) was very responsive. The hotel's atmosphere is very relaxing, and I slept soundly at night. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was hassle-free. The breakfast selection was also rich, and it was a thoughtful touch for tourists to be able to try Fuzhou fish balls without even leaving the hotel, offering a taste of local Fuzhou specialties. Overall, it offers good value for money. This hotel is definitely a top consideration for short stays during a vacation.

The bed is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent. The location is convenient yet quiet, making for a perfect stay – a truly therapeutic experience!

The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yi, was truly exceptional. She was incredibly efficient, hardworking, and attentive. Her reception of guests was warm and thorough, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. I had several questions that needed answering, and she didn't just brush them off; instead, she explained each one in detail and even proactively offered thoughtful reminders about various considerations. She handled tasks in an organized and swift manner, resolving issues without guests needing to constantly follow up. She treated every guest equally, maintaining a patient and kind service attitude at all times. Her service was both professional and empathetic. It's rare to find such an outstanding and thoughtful staff member; I truly felt her dedication. Highly recommended, full marks!
