Fuzhou Hotels with Balcony

The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

Located on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Fuzhou with my two kids. After much comparison, I chose the Xihu Park branch of the Yuehua Hotel. Even during the May Day holiday, the price was still quite reasonable. The room was larger than I expected and had a small balcony. On the day we checked in, we received complimentary fruit (2 apples and 1 pear, haha!), drinks, and starting at 9 PM, there was congee and small side dishes available. Overall, the service and breakfast were the highlights. The staff at the lobby, in the rooms, and at the fitness center were all fantastic. When I checked in, I asked the front desk for a bed rail, and it was delivered and installed within 10 minutes. The staff operating the electric shuttle carts were always very nice; one even got out of the cart after parking to show us the way to Xihu Park from the hotel's side entrance, concerned we wouldn't know how to get there. When my child was swimming alone in the pool, the staff there even helped look after them. The restaurant's breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Not only did they have all the authentic Fuzhou snacks, but also a full selection of Chinese, Western, hot, and cold dishes. This was much better than other hotels I've stayed at before. The dining staff were also excellent, proactively introducing Fuzhou snacks and reminding the children to be careful. Special shoutout to Xiao Wang, who was beautiful, kind, and very enthusiastic. My elder daughter said she wants to stay here again next time we come to Fuzhou (though it would be even better if the kids' play area was a bit bigger, haha!).

The room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

The environment is very good, the facilities are relatively complete, there is a washing machine, the transportation is convenient, the service attitude is warm, the room is very clean, and it is well received. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a highway intersection nearby. It is also very convenient to go to other attractions. It is worth staying. The service is very good, the room facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, the breakfast tastes great, the parking is convenient, the family is very satisfied, and will book next time. The parking is convenient, very comfortable, great, the environment is very good, the breakfast is very good, very good. There is also a self-service laundry room, a garden, a lot of snacks around the hotel, and a night market. The service of every employee in the hotel is very good, very good, very good, five-star praise.

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

The room was clean and the provided body wash and shampoo which was made from olive oil which I think it is a good product,and the provided free drinking water and paper cups.

West Lake Xiaozhu is really a treasure choice for staying in Fuzhou! The homestay is hidden in the green shade of the West Lake, quiet in the middle of noisy, and you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The rooms are clean and tidy, the new Chinese decoration is elegant and warm, and the bedding is comfortable and sleeps well. The boss and the clerk are warm and warm, not only carefully prepare welcome tea, but also carefully plan the West Lake tour route, the breakfast is light and delicious, the overall stay experience is full, this is the first choice for West Lake!

This is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year! I regret not coming sooner! ✅ Private hot spring perfection: The room comes with its own hot spring tub, so you can soak whenever you want with ultimate privacy. The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak! ✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request. ✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity. Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!

The environment is great, and the staff are very nice. They reminded us to pack up and leave our belongings behind, and they responded quickly to any questions! There's also a mahjong machine to play.
