The staff is warm and the room is clean and hygienic. Great, Convenient location, left us a good memory"

GGuest UserWe were lucky enough to see the lion dance on the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, which was truly spectacular for us out-of-town visitors. The room was decent, and the hotel is relatively new and clean.
Service: I'd like to talk about the service. On the morning of Chinese New Year's Day, there was a traditional fan-making workshop, which my two daughters really enjoyed, so we signed them up. It turned out my two girls were the only ones who participated in this experience class. The staff member who was running it just handed them the materials and didn't pay any attention to them while they were trying to glue things. It seemed like she was very reluctant to be there. Later, we went in to check on them, and my younger daughter couldn't get the glue out. I had to help her open the cap, and the staff member, who had glue in her hand, neither lent it to my daughter nor offered to help, nor did she even try to find a working glue stick. When we suggested she switch the glue or let my daughter use hers, she just sat there blankly with no reaction. Honestly, the hotel organizes these Chinese New Year children's activities to enhance guest experience and build its image as a family-friendly hotel. If you don't want to do it, you don't have to! This staff member was so unwilling to run the activity; they could have easily assigned someone who actually enjoys interacting with children. Therefore, I am extremely dissatisfied with this young lady's service attitude.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Fuzhou, I chose the Anyin Banshan Hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – truly the top choice for business travel. The hotel boasts a convenient location near the Yantaishan Scenic Area, with smooth traffic connections, making it easy to get to meetings or enjoy a leisurely stroll after work. Plus, the complimentary parking service is a huge relief for those traveling by car.
The environment is quiet and elegant; the tranquility of being halfway up the mountain helps you quickly shake off work fatigue. The public areas are tidy and spacious, with a dedicated lounge area that's perfect for tackling urgent tasks without external distractions.
My room was clean and well-organized, with complete amenities. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep to quickly re-energize. The desk and chair in the room were also very comfortable, perfectly balancing both relaxation and work needs.
The service was professional and efficient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and appropriate. Any last-minute requests (like printing documents or borrowing office supplies) were handled promptly, without delay or intrusion. The service had just the right touch, making for an absolutely fantastic overall experience.

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

XXiaojingyuThis is the most satisfactory and cost-effective four-star hotel for the Spring Festival trip. It should be an old four-star hotel, but it does not hide its past glory. It is a 10-minute walk from Yongtai Railway Station, and you can see the railway station from the room. Real sulfur hot spring water. It ends at 10:30 pm and opens at 10 am. Wash away your fatigue. Breakfast is a bit confusing. The third person is charged 48 yuan except for free. It is also 48 yuan for those under 12 years old. This is a bit inhumane. I hope you will consider it. It is more reasonable to charge half price for those under 12 years old. It is too loose to report the room number directly for the hot spring. You don’t need a room card or other proof to enter and exit freely. Breakfast is still worth 48 yuan, but there are too many people and the service is a bit behind.

GGuest UserFuqing is a beautiful place with outstanding people, and choosing Rongqiao Hotel for accommodation is the wisest decision. Although it's rated as a four-star hotel, both its interior and exterior environments are definitely five-star standard. It feels fantastic to be nestled among Fuqing's scenic mountains and waters. The breakfast spread is especially rich, with a wide variety of local specialties. There's also a stunning little garden landscape. The swimming pool is very clean, and the front desk manager is incredibly polite. Due to the large number of guests checking in that day, I couldn't get a higher-floor room. After discussing with Ctrip, they agreed to waive the breakfast fee, and Ctrip's service is truly reliable and trustworthy 👍👍 Will definitely come again!

The breakfast had local specialties, but the variety was a bit lacking compared to other Kempinski hotels, similar to the Taihe InterContinental. They provided purified water, and it would be even better if it were mineral water. When checking in with a child, they didn't proactively ask if we needed kids' slippers or toiletries.

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is connected to the same building /complex as the Hilton Hotel. However, the entrance is on the side, not at the front. I booked a river view room, but there was no river view. Still, you could see the river bridge and some buildings in the distance. However, I did like wooden table, although you needed cushions to make the chair more accessible. Only 1 english channel - GGTN. The receptionist(s) speak no English, but with translation function on your cell phone, there is no problem. A little bit noisy from the riverside expressway, but I was only there for two nights. There is McDonalds and other restaurants in same building of the hotel. The metro station is about 500 to 600 metres. The major attractions of Fuzhou are about 15 mins away with metro journey for 2 CNY. Convenient stores in the building (local brand) and 7-11 across the street. Major shopping mall is about 500 metres away. There are many paths near the riverside making it a great place to exercise and explore. A discount car used by DIDI to the airport will cost 100 CNY. Overall, the hotel location and price are desirable.

The staff here are incredibly friendly; one driver even offered us tea when he heard we wanted some but didn't have any, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Coming here for the New Year, I was especially delighted to have such a warm and cozy experience in winter. I highly recommend everyone to visit!
