MMinnieZhangBooked a family connecting room, which was indeed a connecting room. The overall room size was quite spacious, and the view was excellent with no obstructions. The surrounding area felt a bit messy and unkempt when going out at night. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offered good dinner options and had a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety, including local specialties. The only thing was the 'mian xian hu' (rice vermicelli paste) seemed to have some herbal additives, which I wasn't used to, but everything else was great.

週末帶倆娃解鎖松記霧後，2天1夜的行程剛好，整體體驗超預期，是藏在山裡的親子寶藏地，真心話值得推薦！
先説説路程，確實是蜿蜒山路，開車需要集中注意力，新手慢點開也能hold住，沿途山景層層疊疊，吹着山風慢慢駛進山林，反而多了幾分愜意，走過一次完全能接受。這裏的空氣真的是城市裡找不到的清新，濕潤又純凈，滿是草木和泥土的自然氣息，早上睡醒不用鬧鐘，耳邊全是清脆的鳥鳴，夾雜着“羊咩咩”的軟萌叫聲，像住進了原生態小牧場，治癒感瞬間拉滿，所有疲憊都被吹散了。
住宿必須給親子家庭劃重點避坑！部分房型空間偏小，2大2小住會特別侷促，轉身都不方便，一定要提前預訂帶榻榻米的房型！我們這次精準選對，榻榻米區域寬敞又平整，倆娃在上面打滾、搭積木、玩玩具，完全放開了嗨，大人也有足夠的活動空間，住得特別舒心，這點真的太重要了。
園區裏最驚艷的就是探險樂園，妥妥的遛娃神器！繩網穿越、攀爬設施、趣味滑梯一應俱全，安全防護做得特別到位，工作人員也很有耐心，會細心引導小朋友，我家娃在這裏瘋玩了整整一下午，全程不用大人盯梢，徹底解放雙手，大人終於能安心歇一歇，這種快樂誰懂啊！
咖啡屋的氛圍也超讚，原木風裝修搭配暖調燈光，坐下來喝杯現磨咖啡，吹着山風歇歇腳，愜意又解壓，唯一的小遺憾是吃的選擇太少了，衹有簡單的飲品和小點心，希望能多增加一些小吃、簡餐品類，滿足親子家庭的用餐需求。
另外還有兩個小建議，希望能優化一下：一是採摘項目在山下，來回跑比較麻煩，要是能在山上安排小型採摘園，讓小朋友隨時能體驗採摘的樂趣就更方便了；二是如果能增加釣魚項目，再配套一家農家樂，讓大家能吃到現釣的鮮魚和地道的土雞土鴨，感受山野美食的快樂，體驗感肯定會更上一層樓。
總的來説，松記霧後真的很適合親子游，節奏舒緩不趕趟，能讓孩子沉浸式親近自然、釋放活力，2天1夜的行程剛好，既玩得盡興又不會太累。期待後續能優化餐飲和配套項目，下次一定帶娃二刷，再好好感受這份山野間的鬆弛感！

AAnonymous UserThe service was absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel around 6 AM because we could only get a red-eye flight. Since it was a holiday (May Day) and there was a digital conference next door, the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't check in immediately. The handsome guy at the front desk patiently explained the situation. He processed our check-in, stored our luggage, and assured us that as soon as a room became available after a guest checked out and it was cleaned, they would reserve it for us and notify us promptly. He also offered to have our luggage moved to the room, so we could go out and explore and come back directly to a ready room.
Before 10 AM, we received a call from the hotel informing us of our room number and that we could check in. After exploring Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, we returned to the hotel around 11 AM. Upon entering, we realized it was a king-size bed room, but we had booked a twin room. We called the front desk, and the lady there said it might be a system error as their records showed a king-size room. However, she didn't try to evade responsibility and immediately said she would check and get back to us. A few minutes later, she called back to say they had already assigned us a new room. For our convenience, they specifically arranged for a room right next door and sent an employee to deliver the new key cards and help us move our luggage.
Every staff member we interacted with was extremely professional and efficient.

The service is not bad, the breakfast is a bit low, and the attitude of the aunt who cooked the noodles for breakfast is not very good, but you should check carefully when booking this hotel. There are windows, no windows, and no windows. I still can’t choose a room type. It’s no problem to choose a room with a window. I didn’t look carefully when I first booked and booked a room without a window. Later, the hotel changed it to a room with a window for free. Thank you very much.

PPiaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

GGuest User1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well..

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is connected to the same building /complex as the Hilton Hotel. However, the entrance is on the side, not at the front. I booked a river view room, but there was no river view. Still, you could see the river bridge and some buildings in the distance. However, I did like wooden table, although you needed cushions to make the chair more accessible. Only 1 english channel - GGTN. The receptionist(s) speak no English, but with translation function on your cell phone, there is no problem. A little bit noisy from the riverside expressway, but I was only there for two nights. There is McDonalds and other restaurants in same building of the hotel. The metro station is about 500 to 600 metres. The major attractions of Fuzhou are about 15 mins away with metro journey for 2 CNY. Convenient stores in the building (local brand) and 7-11 across the street. Major shopping mall is about 500 metres away. There are many paths near the riverside making it a great place to exercise and explore. A discount car used by DIDI to the airport will cost 100 CNY. Overall, the hotel location and price are desirable.

GGuest UserMy experience was absolutely top-notch! The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its warm yet grand decor. The hotel staff (or ”cheese service” which is an interesting literal translation, usually it's just 'staff' or 'service') were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they thoughtfully detailed all the hotel's facilities, which immediately boosted my impression. The bedding was soft and comfortable, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel boasted excellent entertainment facilities. The location is also superb, being close to the airport makes getting around super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

The highlight for me was the hot springs – they were beautiful and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. There were also activities for kids and bamboo rafts to ride.
