GGuest UserCleanliness: The room was very clean.
Environment: Better than expected, with a warm, Instagram-esque decor. The room has a rooftop terrace, which was very comfortable. It's only a 20-30 minute e-bike ride from the southern and northern tourist attractions.
Service: The owner was very attentive and personally picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.
Amenities: Plenty of hot water, effective air conditioning, and the room comes with disposable bath towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and face towels.
A great stay! Highly recommended! 😁

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, with many delicious restaurants nearby, such as Yingjie and Feipo, which are within walking distance. It is convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere if you want to go out.
The room is clean and spacious, much larger than ordinary hotels, with large windows and good light, very comfortable.
The service attitude is also very thoughtful, and they will contact in advance, send the location and guide, and inform the information of Blue Tears. Overall, it is a very satisfactory hotel experience.

The owner provides free airport pickup/drop-off and was very friendly – he even dropped us at Wanshou subway when available (ask in advance). Located just a 5-minute walk from a beach, with a few small restaurants and a mini-mart nearby, perfect for breakfast. Highly convenient for an overnight airport stop.”

GGuest UserAfter staying in a stuffy and dirty hotel room our first night we ended finding this gem and booked for 2 nights. On our second night we found out there is a Shake Shack in MixC mall which was a blessing. Also, we love that they gave disposable towels. Would book again when visiting Fuzhou.

GGuest UserExcellent! The parade was lively and spectacular, truly stunning for someone from Hebei. The owner was very welcoming and generous. All the facilities were great, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Disposable toiletries were plentiful, and there was an ample supply of bottled water. The hairdryer was powerful, and I slept really well.

GGuest UserThe ambiance of this guesthouse is truly wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, and upon entering, you immediately feel comfortable and refreshed. All the amenities are incredibly well-appointed! The view from the window was also quite pleasing. The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. I'd definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance – it was a truly excellent experience!

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast spread and a relaxing spa.
Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fuzhou city. The combination of good service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.
