GGuest UserThe location is great, and the front desk staff are warm and responsive. There's free freshly ground coffee on the first floor, plus a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside. They even have a shuttle service to and from Fuzhou Station. I had a very satisfying stay here during my trip to Fuzhou, and I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserThis Atour hotel was much better than the ones I stayed at in Wuxi and Shanghai over the past two years. Those previous experiences really put me off – finding dead cockroaches, rock-hard beds, uncomfortable pillows, smoky rooms, noisy fridges and AC units, you name it. After that, I actually avoided Atour for all my business trips. This time, I was in a rush with my booking, so I decided to give them another shot, and thankfully, none of those issues I mentioned earlier were present. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future. Plus, right outside the hotel, there's a great little coffee shop and a restaurant I've been to before. A 10-minute walk also gets you to some local breakfast spots, small eateries, and even teahouses for meetings, which is incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean with no strange odors. It was quiet at night, and the pillows were so comfortable I fell asleep in three minutes. Room service delivery by robot was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I originally booked this hotel just for the convenience of getting to the airport the next day, but it turned out to be excellent value for money. They even offer free shuttle service. The front desk lady was super nice. All in all, I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I need to.

GGuest UserThe room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

The service attitude was great; when I couldn't get the room's screen mirroring to work, they quickly came up to help me fix it after I called 🫱🏻🫲🏽. The facilities are comprehensive, with a large TV and a hairdryer, and there's free water and coffee downstairs 🫶🏻. It's very close to the subway station, food street, and Sanfang Qixiang, and right next to a large shopping mall. Taxis are also easily accessible 🫰🏻👽.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel facilities are excellent. Unlike other places I've stayed in Fujian, this one doesn't use disposable towels. There's a fridge in the room with complimentary drinks.
Hygiene: The bed linens, duvet covers, and towels were all spotless, and there were no stains on the walls or floor.
Environment: The environment is beautiful and has an ancient charm, with picturesque views at every turn.
Service: The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. After knowing our arrival time, they turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. Seeing that there were two of us and we had a dog, they even upgraded us to a larger room for free. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. They are very dog-friendly too, with poop bags hanging on the walls. It was truly a wonderful experience!

There are 4 elevators, so you don't have to wait too long to go up or down. The elevators are very convenient. The rooms have also been redecorated, and there's a hotel restaurant downstairs where you can order food without even leaving the building, which is perfect for lazy guests.
