There was a lady with redish hair no glasses checking guest in and out whom assisted me in both. She was lovely. I was in distress as I lost my dad’s thermal winter beanie hat at check out and she helped me locate it. Its one of the few items I have left of my dad. I am so grateful she went with me  offered to take me back to my room to look as we found it in the hallway floor. She was working Monday January 12.

The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and the comfort of the bedding in the room has gradually restored the comfort. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the communication was smooth. The humor of the other two front desk staff at checkout saved the review score... 4.5 points

Great hotel in Sea Port area of Boston. 12 minutes walk to Downtown. There are many nice restaurants and bars around the area. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious. Would stay here again!

The hotel is new, the bed is large and soft, and the room looked clean and odor-free. However. 1. The service was terrible. During my multiple stays, I was served by different staff members morning, noon, and night. Most of the staff, who looked like interns, were mediocre. One young male staff member with bangs even refused my request to renew my parking contract. 2. We were unexpectedly charged for parking. We weren't told and were charged two $30 parking fees. We didn't drive, though. 3. Upon arrival, we were told that cleaning only happens every other day, and we took it for granted. Trash is only collected on cleaning days. I recommend leaving it at the door; they'll take it. 4. The staff only knocked three times before swiping their card to let us in. While I was initially shocked, I got used to it after a few days. They would just open the door and make eye contact. So remember to use the deadbolt. Also, this review was written while sitting on the toilet. As you can see from the angle in the first photo, the toilet is completely visible the moment the door is opened. So corresponding to the 4 mentioned above, it is very scary.

Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

Stayed for 13 days, the suite was very large for two people to live very comfortable, sometimes staying for a day did not feel stuffy, the room decoration is relatively new, very beautiful, good lighting, the front desk is very warm

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

Maybe because I came here through Ctrip, the room I was given was the last one in the corridor. The room type was different from other rooms, with windows all around. There was an elevated road next to it, which was very noisy. The facilities were clean and it was very close to Chinatown.

Advantages: 1. In the city center, close to Quincy Market, many restaurants and live bars nearby 2. Close to the subway and some attractions 3. Unlimited mineral water in the lobby Disadvantages: 1. Congested during rush hour 2. Wanted to sleep in the hotel in the afternoon, but was woken up by artists or bands on the street 3. On Friday night, the bar was too lively, and people were still shouting at 1 a.m., which seriously affected my rest

I tried calling the hotel telephone more than three times after we arrived in Logan Airport to get directions to the hotel but no answer. By the time we reach the front desk and saw two staff sitting there with no guests to serve and later on more staffs showed up in the front desk. It was very clear to me that they were not answering the phones. Very disappointing that when you needed the help and nobody picked the phone.
