Great
Yyn_cTruly appreciate the option for early check in at a small fee, especially after taking a night train and arriving in Oslo way too early for the day. Hotel is perfectly located beside the central train station, and it only takes 5min to walk to and fro each other, via the connected mall. That definitely helps when Storm Amy hit. The room was clean and quiet, with basic amenities. Breakfast was alright - it did definitely get too crowded late in the morning. Overall, would highly recommend.

GGuest UserIt is a good place as it is located near the train station. But I would not recommend more than 1 night as it is expensive ($150 a night).
But the bed is comfortable and quiet. The people at the reception is nice. In the morning, they can provide breakfast but it is expensive($10)

AAnonymous UserClean and cozy hotel to stay in Oslo! Right in the center of most attractions, very close to the central station too. The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. Also, during our stay, one of the elevators was under renovation so we only had one small elevator that could get very busy during morning rush hoursm. But overall, great stay!

FFarah Binti RamliThe hotel is centrally located in Oslo, with many major attractions just a short walk away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was okay and comfortable enough for our stay. However, during winter it could feel quite cold since the heating system is centralized and not individually adjustable.
That said, we truly loved the breakfast!! There was a great variety of food, and the free-flow coffee was definitely a highlight for us. It was so nice to be able to enjoy as many cups as we wanted, especially on cold winter.

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

Yyves tanBob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

SStef T.I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries.
The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok.
The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks.
The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.

BBennett HonThe location is super convenient, 2 min and 10 min walk from metro and Oslo Sentral Station respectively. But the district is full of immigrants especially from the Middle East. Worthy to mention that the area around is quiet old and dirty. The room is well equipped with kitchen facilities that we can cook the meal in the evening. The lobby has a receptionist handling requests.

The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first
Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top.
No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.
