"It's quite clean, with automatic check-in and check-out. There are also three types of restrooms, so there are plenty available. The common area has a full set of utensils. A Kiwi supermarket is right next door, where I bought a lot of delicious food. The curtains on the bed can be fully drawn for good privacy, and there's storage right next to the bed. Everything is accessed with your own card, so it feels quite secure. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs because this room can get super noisy if there are a lot of people. However, during my stay, everyone was consciously keeping quiet, which was great. It's about a 20-minute bus ride on line 30 to the city center and 50 minutes to the airport. So, I think for this price, the location is excellent!"

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of various attractions. City Hall is a two-minute walk away; Pipervika, the Oslo Fjord pier, is just a few steps left from the hotel; Akershus Fortress; the National Theatre, the Royal Palace, the Main Sculpture Park...
The room was small but comfortable, and hot water was available from the coffee machine near the front desk. The front desk service was excellent. Check-in was not until 3:00 PM, so I left my luggage and went out to explore. Overall, it was a great value."

"Location is really good. In the middle of the shopping street and very close to the train station. Room is very clean and they provide small helpful items that you may need such as a water bottle. Bed is single size. I didn't know that the check in can be done via their website to get the access code. But I managed to sort it out soon.
Really value for money in Oslo!"

GGuest UserA beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments.
Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.
GGuest UserFirst of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

11350186****A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast was good, and if you couldn't make it to breakfast, the front desk would thoughtfully arrange a convenient breakfast for you to take away if informed in advance.

Yyn_cTruly appreciate the option for early check in at a small fee, especially after taking a night train and arriving in Oslo way too early for the day. Hotel is perfectly located beside the central train station, and it only takes 5min to walk to and fro each other, via the connected mall. That definitely helps when Storm Amy hit. The room was clean and quiet, with basic amenities. Breakfast was alright - it did definitely get too crowded late in the morning. Overall, would highly recommend.

BBenjamin G77Perfectly acceptable hotel room, nice bathroom.
15 mins into the City Centre on the tram/tube that's 5 minutes walk away.
Amazing spread for breakfast.
Very nice staff at reception/restaurant and cleaning/maintenance staff.
Lovely Thai restaurant opposite.
DDhiraj Kuwar”Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and top-notch amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. A perfect 5/5 – we can't wait to return!”
GGuest UserNuma has a superb and user-friendly app that makes check-in and check-out a breeze. You can also request a late check-out or add other services directly through the app, though these come with additional charges if you choose to use them.
The room itself was brighter and spacious — we booked a larger version of the standard room. It even came with a washing machine, which we were really excited about since it was the only property during our trip that had one. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a dryer function (or perhaps we might have missed it), so drying our clothes after washing was a bit of a challenge.
The distance from Oslo Train Station was manageable, but do take note that if you’re carrying big or heavy luggage like we were, the pavements leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate.
Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe service was bad, the sign of do not disturb was hung up, and when I went out to play, I was still entered by the waiter without authorization. During the stay, I refused to clean the room. The reason given by the front desk was that I did not check out and check in before 12 noon. It was ridiculous and did not meet the service standards of a 4-star hotel. Bad review
GGuest UserMyself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel.
The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything.
Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis. There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good. From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.
Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
SStef T.I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries.
The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok.
The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks.
The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.
