"Really pleasant stay, with beautifully designed interiors and rooms. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms, look new, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately I didn’t take too many photos to capture this, except one of the bed (with AI to remove people inside the photo). The exterior of the hotel is nicer than the trip.com photos make it look 🙃 The room was comfortable, with soft yet substantial pillows and a mattress for people who prefer firmer beds. Points for improvement would be a small number of available power outlets in the room, and a big lack of counter space in the toilet to place toiletries, make-up etc. Last but not least, service was very quick and friendly. Great place for a comfortable stay away from the bustle."

The staff were professional and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. "We arrived at 1pm and the unit was ready for check in which was awesome. During inspection of the unit found the flooring in the living room was broken and it would move if u stepped on it. This was simply covered by a carpet. Took a video and sent to their whatsapp but was not acknowledged. Then came the common toilet right beside the living room. Firstly had a very foul smell, the shower wasnt draining well and the bidet was broken and made my pants all wet when i turned it on. The smell got worse throughout our stay and we just choose not to use the common toilet at all. They only give 1 access card but u can request one more from the lobby. But makesure ask them if the card can be used for carpark entrance. After check out we left our bags at the lobby and was chrged rm10/bag for storage while we went last minute shopping. Oh also u cant access the mall after 10pm. So if youre taking a cab makesure u drop off at the residents instead of mall entrance"

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite poor. The location is very inconvenient; you need to take a taxi for everything, whether it's dining or shopping, which isn't very travel-friendly. The gym equipment is old and run-down. Breakfast options are limited and unvaried. The swimming pool appears to have been neglected for a long time, with poor water quality and an unkempt environment. There's also a quality issue with the clothes hangers in the room; two of my white garments developed noticeable yellow stains after being hung, rendering them unusable and damaging my clothes. The hotel should definitely take responsibility for compensation. All in all, it's not good value for money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep. ------------------------------- Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Selain itu, penghawa dingin sangat bising sehingga hampir mustahil untuk tidur dengan lena sepanjang malam. Yang lebih teruk ialah bantalnya. Bantal sangat keras dan terlalu tinggi, menyebabkan ketidakselesaan pada leher. Saya benar-benar tidak faham bagaimana tetamu boleh mendapatkan rehat yang baik dalam keadaan seperti ini. Saya telah menghubungi kaunter hadapan untuk meminta penukaran bantal, tetapi diberitahu bahawa semua bantal adalah sama dan tidak boleh ditukar. "Staff were super nice and replied to most of our enquiries on as fast as possible c:, very nice scenery from our assigned room. Extremely convenient since it is right on top of Paradigm Mall. Bedsheets and some items were damaged or dirty though. But overall, it was a good overnight stay."
