TTheWanderingWandererThe accommodation is really convenient. It is minutes walk away from aeon tebrau and easy to drive to mt Austin and other surrounding areas.
Carpark is a little tight if you are driving a big car. The host is very responsive and courteous.
My only nitpick will be the towels. Bring your own towels if you want better quality towels as ours seems to shed more than normal.

The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

GGuest UserWhat we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home.

JJanBernedetteRoom was spacious for the two of us, and we loved chilling on the sofa every night, snacking on chips and pizza while casting our favourite movies. The bathroom was clean with no complaints, and although the beds moved a little when sitting on them, they were comfortable when lying still, so it didn’t bother us.
The lifts were quite slow and often busy, so we had to wait a fair bit, but the 24‑hour lobby staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location was the highlight: a supermarket right opposite, plenty of eateries along both streets, and just a short walk down to Bondi Beach, one of Sydney’s most famous surfing and swimming spots.
Although the hotel isn’t directly sea‑facing, it feels nicely tucked into the Bondi vibe, surrounded by cafés, shops and the lively coastal atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay and a cozy, reasonably priced option for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and local food scene.

SShesssThe sofa is too small, and so is the TV. For a house meant for 10 people, the sofa can only seat three (if they're slim), or just two if they're a bit bigger, and even then it's quite cramped. Honestly, it's just a bit frustrating!
On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is nice and cold. However, I won't be staying here again because I've found many other rentals in the same building that are cheaper, and more importantly, have much larger sofas (often two of them), truly accommodating 10 people. The TVs are also large, and some even come with gaming consoles! Haha.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with a stay, the decoration style is simple and generous, the space is also very spacious, the most special point is that the unit is very clean and comfortable. The basic facilities are complete, air-conditioning, washing machine, water heater, WiFi, etc., are great, the water pressure is stable and sufficient. The location is a very prosperous business district in Xinshan, surrounded by food and drink, as well as bar KTV, etc., very convenient. The owner's service is also great, handling problems and restoring information are very fast, very recommended. The only minor drawback is that because it is a busy business district, there will be a little car noise at night, people who sleep lightly may be affected, and the sound of racing will be heard.
