The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

JJanBernedetteRoom was spacious for the two of us, and we loved chilling on the sofa every night, snacking on chips and pizza while casting our favourite movies. The bathroom was clean with no complaints, and although the beds moved a little when sitting on them, they were comfortable when lying still, so it didn’t bother us.
The lifts were quite slow and often busy, so we had to wait a fair bit, but the 24‑hour lobby staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location was the highlight: a supermarket right opposite, plenty of eateries along both streets, and just a short walk down to Bondi Beach, one of Sydney’s most famous surfing and swimming spots.
Although the hotel isn’t directly sea‑facing, it feels nicely tucked into the Bondi vibe, surrounded by cafés, shops and the lively coastal atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay and a cozy, reasonably priced option for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and local food scene.

姐姐姐怪美的Location was really good, walking distance to good foods, 7-11, massage etc. Basic amenities like towel, shower shampoo & hair dryer provided. Just need to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste.

antlerzone's customer service is very prompt when we feedback any issues with the apartment and gives very clear instructions. We like the location because it's near quite a number of vegetarian eateries. Also we liked the foldable mattress and extra bed linen + blanket that came with it.
Cons:
A pity that the apartment is very run down. Sink tap was wobbly, kitchen countertop was damaged, musty smell throughout the stay and the fan remote controls weren't working. The state of the unit makes me very hesitant to book any apartments managed by antlerzone for my future stays.

CChew XinyingIt is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note.
Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels.
Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin.
Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises.
Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor.
The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish.
Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor.
If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

GGuest UserGreat location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler.
The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds.
Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

RReiviiExploresVery excellent location! Just right next to Paradigm mall and if you are driving in from Singapore like me, the Shell Petrol Station is right there and where you can also do a quick clean up and polish.
The house is slightly dusty with some stains and we contacted the owner so they managed to get someone down to clean it. We had a visitor that required an extra carpark lot and the request was accommodated.
Delayed response on app at night hence better to call or get the WhatsApp contact after check in which starts from 4pm.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great value. Would love to stay here again!
