The rooms are clean and tidy, and three meals a day are included. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. They even offer laundry service. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip."

"Hotel is immaculate. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful. All inclusive hotel with 3 meals a day and free bottled water. Restaurant has amazing food if you want that instead of the free Buffett. Rooms are extremely clean. Halls and reception is extremely clean. Water view outside restaurant is beautiful. Pool is a plus. Only thing I would change is the 2 steps off the elevator. Very easy to slip and fall on."

"The hotel is very good in terms of the infrastructure, location and its clean .However it took the receptionist more than  10min to confirm my booking after showing the confirmation email received from Trip.com/hotel. Secondly in the morning they denied me breakfast and stated they couldn’t find in my booking. Very disappointing"

They also provided many useful suggestions for getting out of the airport, which was excellent. Of course, since all the hotel guests were Chinese, meeting people from my hometown made me feel very safe."
