JJohnOn the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they canât see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception,
I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas.
Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night.
Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other daysâthe meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort â spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

Good room and facility keeping and cleanliness, very good service at frontdesk but less good at the restaurant. Food was not exceptional but a little bit more than average...more nigerian food type oriented even at breakfast (poor continental international breakfast). Location was perfect for me as I was spending 10-15mn to reach airport general aviation terminal where I was having my profesionnal meetings.

The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldnât even eat the fish itâs was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and clean, room service was very good, but the so called WIFI didnât work for my entire 3 days stay, that was very disappointing but I sorted my data out to stay entertained, the house keepers are good but can do better, they take tea cups and glasses to the bathroom sink to rinse and put back for you, without proper washing. Hygiene needs improvement, other than that, Itâs not bad.

GGuest UserThe bathroom in the room is horrible. Itâs not convenient for someone with disability. Thereâs a pool of water on the floor after taking a shower. No shower curtain or protection from water spillage. The bed is low and uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture in the room is like 70âs style which is quite a departure from the picture on website. Please do a thorough research before booking this hotel.

SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaItâs a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.

SsmarthonestyThe room is very spacious, very close to Lagos, the room rate is cheap, clean and sanitary, and there is breakfast. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the food is delicious. I will choose to stay here again next time I travel.
