"My recent stay at Oakridge Resort Lake Wanaka was overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the hot pools were an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water under the stars was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles. This was definitely a standout feature of the resort and something I greatly appreciated. If I were to be particularly picky, the only minor annoyance during my stay was a faint but persistent hissing sound coming from the telephone line in my room. While it wasn't overly loud, it did become a little distracting when trying to get to sleep. Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oakridge Resort."

"The location is really convenient, the staff is very friendly, and they can help you organize a map of free parking locations. Unfortunately, the kitchen is located in the basement, which is a bit inconvenient. Occasionally there are strange noises in the middle of the night, but you can't change rooms. 🥲🥲🥲"

"The room have a nice lake view and comfy. There is a common kitchen for cooking purpose and lounge to rest. The only small comment is that there is no free luggage storage."

Service: The uncle who checked in was very good, probably took a road. Environment: Lake Wanaka is in front of the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the commercial street. It is all eaten. It is also close to the local supermarket NEW WORLD. It takes about 25 minutes to walk along the lake to the lonely tree."

"We had an excellent stay. The room and whole property are immaculate. Extremely clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishwasher and mini fridge was great to have. Very welcoming and warm service. Location is a bit of a drive from the lake but there is plenty of parking around the busy area so it was easy."

"The room is on the second floor, there is no stove, only microwave and refrigerator, plates, forks and knives, etc. The space is not big, but it is a 3-5 minute walk from restaurants and supermarkets, and 5 minutes from Lake Wanaka. I recommend the lakeside Chinese restaurant, the Chinese taste is very good. The lonely tree has been exposed because of the drop in the water level, and there are always many people around there."

"Hotel location is very convenient, the supermarket is next door, and it takes no minute to get to the city center. The room has two heaters and one toilet, so it is not cold at night in winter. The mattress, pillows, and towels are also very comfortable. The overall room is good, but the two tea cups are full of stains. I have to wash them twice before I dare to use them with washing detergent. Of course, the previous guest did not have the responsibility to wash them, but the staff was too negligent, too dirty!"

"The location is on the edge of the town, but you can walk to the center, shopping and dining are very convenient. The room itself is relatively small. It is said to have a garden view, but in fact it is just some flowers behind the kitchen. There is a flower outside the French window. You can't see the outside view after the car is parked. But if you are staying for one night, you don't care much. The kitchen is a bit small, you need to bring your own oil and salt, but a microwave is enough. The hotel requires cleaning of kitchen utensils"
