GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The room and whole property are immaculate. Extremely clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishwasher and mini fridge was great to have. Very welcoming and warm service.
Location is a bit of a drive from the lake but there is plenty of parking around the busy area so it was easy.

GGuest UserThe view outside the room makes you want to live in the balcony. All facilities are very good. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, which is convenient for people who want to cook their own meals. When checking in, I was touched by the cute cat at the front desk. The uncle at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and sent us to the door of the room. The overall feeling was very good! Worth recommending!

NNur RuzannaNice and clean spacious room. Location is a bit far off from the town centre, not too bad for us cuz we drove, about 5-10min. Good for those who are looking for somewhere quieter.

HhyykkkFacilities: The kitchen tools are complete, and there is a hot pot barbecue two-in-one pot. Eat hot pot one day and eat barbecue one day, which is beautiful.
Hygiene: Not bad, clean and comfortable.
Service: The uncle who checked in was very good, probably took a road.
Environment: Lake Wanaka is in front of the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the commercial street. It is all eaten. It is also close to the local supermarket NEW WORLD. It takes about 25 minutes to walk along the lake to the lonely tree.

AAnonymous UserVery cozy room, spacious with a balcony, and the heating was excellent. It has a rustic charm, with a metal key for the door. The front desk closes quite early, so if you have any issues, there's no one to help.
It seemed there was no hot water for showering, and again, no one around to resolve it, which was a shame.
Breakfast was extremely basic, haha, so be prepared!

XXiaoyingxiongFacilities: Very new, all the appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen was truly well-equipped. I was so happy to finally be able to cook my own meals! I was completely satisfied. I cooked beef, mutton, seafood, and ramen noodles, and the next morning I made dumplings. I hadn't eaten so full in ages! It was a relief for my Chinese stomach.
The bathtub even had a massage—super comfortable.
Cleanliness: Very clean, which is my biggest concern. I was very satisfied and felt at ease staying here.
Environment: A very quiet place with decent ambiance. The view is a little less impressive due to the low location, but you can still see the beautiful snow-capped mountains in the distance in the early morning. It's very friendly for self-drive travelers. There's ample free parking, and each car is parked right in front of your room. The ground-floor rooms have a patio for relaxing, which is very comfortable.
Service: Very good. There was a minor glitch at the front desk when we were new to the hotel, but the next morning, a Chinese staff member promptly addressed the issue. Communication was very smooth, and it was completely resolved. Excellent.
This room was the most comfortable stay of this trip.

MMachinerySmooth checkin with very warm welcome greet. Everything works great and the small washing machine was free! I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! Leisure centre is 5 minutes drive away with great swimming pool and jacuzzi.
