"An almost perfect place, very good amenities and the area is super clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet so you can have your late night walk peacefully and feel the chilly wind. The only downside is the shower's water pressure is not that strong and the breakfast needs a little bit of an upgrade, it's a little bland to my taste but the free coffee? It's perfect it tastes very strong!"

"Overall, it is a decent accommodation. The room is clean, very nice, friendly staff. It would be nice to stack up the fridge with free drinking water because I don't think there's a store near the hotel. Be midful that the location is far from town proper. However, Jeep terminal is just right in front of the hotel, which is good. Tip: If u plan on booking here, bring snacky snacks and water. Food delivery is a nice option, tho."

"I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed with warm lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. Overall, a good experience — just a few small things could be improved, but I’d still be happy to stay here again. 😊"

"The picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed. But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com change that. Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above."

"This hostel is right in the heart of Baguio's market, so you can't escape the market's noise late at night or early in the morning. However, everything quiets down after 10 PM. The noise isn't too bothersome if you're out and about during the day and only return in the evening to relax. Since the rooms are on the second floor, water pressure is often low, though it doesn't stop flowing entirely. The owner is on-site 24/7, ready to assist you immediately, and is incredibly kind and hospitable."

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an up market vibe! You do feel the French European architecture and styling. What let's it down is that there is no Air-conditioner in the rooms. The climate has changed and this is one of the necessary updates needed for the comfort of customers."

Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The Hotel is right next to the Victory Liner bus hub. This was great as that is the way we arrived. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile when I had Internet problems. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice."
