"Had a short stay at Injap tower hotel, the location is so convenient, right opposite SM Iloilo, however the downside is the hotel doesn’t have drop off lobby, is right next to the roadside, if is raining, there is no shelter from the roadside to the hotel entrance. The room is simple but clean, and it comes with a mircrowave oven and a fridge, that’s very convenient. I would consider to comeback if I have transit layover at Iloilo."

"Maganda ang place malapit sa lahat sa mismong robinsons mall tlga cya, budget friendly parking meron rin kaso limited amenties yung Sarg n nila 3in1 shampooconditioner and bodywash na rin daw yun🤣"

"Pros: ✔️Malapit sa port to Guimaras ✔️Malapit sa University of Iloilo (eto lagi yung landmark namin kapag sumasakay kami ng jeep) ✔️Malapit sa Robinsons ✔️May mini market sa harap ✔️Sa lahat ng na-inquire namin na hotel, eto yung pinakamura na may pool access until 9pm. Mas mura if direct sa hotel ang booking since nag extend kami ng 1 night nakaless kami ng 150 pesos. ✔️Sobrang bait ng mga staff nila. Very accommodating and lagi naka-smile. Cons: 🙂about 30 mins ang layo sa SM Iloilo, Festivewalk and Casa Emperador 🙂 1-2 hours ang layo sa Iloilo International Airport (sakay kayo pa-SM, may Van na papuntang airport, 100php lang instead of Grab)"

"Location is nice since the city is very accessible. We like the ambiance of the whole thing. There are two things my friend and I did not like. 1. There were cockroaches. Idk why. 2. The female receptionist when we checked in at around 4PM on a Friday was not approachable. Illongos have this unique tone or accent when speaking in their dialect and for me who is Cebuano and is not familiar with their dialect kept clarifying what she was saying. Nagtagalog at nag-English na kami but she answered us in a very dismissive way while rolling her eyes."

"Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference."

"My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless."

"Our trip was a last-minute plan, and after checking all the apps like Klook, Agoda, and Trip.com, we found that Trip.com offered the cheapest accommodation. The app was also easy to navigate. Upon checking in, the process was smooth. The staff were courteous and provided good service. The room was exceptional—our only issue was a small leak in the ceiling, but it was manageable. Overall, the stay was really good. My friends and I enjoyed it—we had fun both in the room and at the pool. We’ll definitely be back and book again via the Trip.com app."

"The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and efficient, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of many popular landmarks.We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future"

"What We Like: Allowed us to check in early at 12 noon (usual check-in is 2pm). Very clean and welcoming ambiance, both inside and outside the hotel. Friendly and professional staff — from the receptionist to restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and was very helpful. Requests were acknowledged and accommodated. Spacious and spotless room; bedsheets and towels were soft and smelled fresh. Great in-house restaurant with a good selection of food. Pool was unoccupied, so we had it all to ourselves during our last day. Convenient location — there’s a 7/11 just across the street. ⚖️ What Can Be Improved: Pool could use more lounge chairs or shaded areas for relaxation. Some areas of the hotel interior look a bit dated and could benefit from minor upgrades."
