"I went to zamboanga city to attend a wedding, i requested for a flat iron because our outfits needed repressing. It took more than 24 hrs and 3 calls/requests before i got an iron with burnt underside, so i ended up wearing a wrinkled outfit in the niqah ceremony. I was wondering maybe they have only one iron for the whole hotel? That’s lousy service in my opinion."
"The location is great! They have free breakfast, and I love that it is buffet. Hehe. The only downside of my stay is that the lights on my room, and its cr is so dim. I can barely see myself in the mirror when I do my makeup, and I can’t open the window as there is a construction going on in front of it. Also, the cr doesn’t drain well so it smells bad, I hope you could fix it. Thanks!"
"Location is great. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer from Zamboanga Airport which is licated 5 minutes away. The receptionists were courteous and nice. Quick check in procedure.
The room was old and the bathtub is not cleaned thtoughly as I saw some hair. The screw ar the handle at the bathtub was loose and it could be dangerous.
No complimentary warer bottle provided in room."
"The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm.
The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner ..
kindly see the photos ."
"When we checked in, we found a plastic bag with Lanzones fruit peels in the shoe rack. Despite staying in the Executive Suites, there was no drinking water or toothpaste provided. We had to call reception to request them. On the other hand, the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our requests. I hope next time they will prepare the room and clean it properly!"
"The hotel is located in a busy city, shopping and eating is convenient. A bit far from the airport. You can take 70 pesos on a tricycle. I didn't have a peso at the time. The police uncle helped me with the tricycle driver and spent a dollar to the hotel. The front desk service was not bad, and the room given was not listed online. The guard led to the nearby building. There was no window in the room, and it was requested to change the window. It took an hour to get it. The room is very spacious, the health is not bad, the building is very old. The shower is a family-style electric shower. It is equivalent to the level of hotel guest houses in China. The noise outside the window is too loud. The cars that run are jeepnets or trucks. The population density of Zamboanga is too high, and it is estimated that there will be no quiet hotel wherever you live."
