Its okay for business travel

Hotel room was clean at the very least and the facilities were good. Location was also close proximity to a local market and to malls like SM Zamboanga or KCC. Staff could improve on the customer service though. The lady I talked to was kinda rude.

What I liked most about the room was the window. The room felt safe and comfortable, although I was a bit confused about the closed door inside the room where we stayed. The air conditioner was not as cold as I expected, but it was still manageable. The shower water pressure was quite low, and there was no warm water available, but we were able to manage during our stay. As for the breakfast, I was expecting an English/Irish breakfast as advertised, but it turned out to be a Filipino breakfast instead. However, the food was still fine. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a Smart TV or provide access to streaming services like Netflix so guests can enjoy their evenings more, especially at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor issues, the experience was good, and we appreciate the hospitality provided.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
