"Modern new room, generally new hotel, super clean. Unfortunately there is lot of noise from the front desk and bar so noise cancellation is good from outside but from inside is like in hostel. I woudnt stay again unless price is attractive since its top notch."

"Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town hotel enforces a strict policy that only allows check‑in at 3 PM. As a result, all guests end up arriving at the same time, and it took nearly 2hours just to queue and wait for check‑in. I would recommend that the hotel review this policy and consider allowing a first‑come, first‑served check‑in process whenever rooms are already available. But, all reception staffs were friendly and carried out their duties well. Hopefully, the hotel management will consider revising this policy."

"I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful."

"1. The hotel is very new and very contemporary. It is a high-end hotel as soon as it is reached. The waiter's English is not very good. 3. The bigger the room number, the more the room enters, and it takes a long way to get to the room. There are many foods downstairs, near the attractions."

"The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here."

"The hotel is more distinctive, so I booked two room types and thought about experiencing it. The first room is a bit like a cave dwelling, and the second is a duplex. The duplex feels very good, but the fly in the ointment is: there is no tableware and appliances in the kitchen, and breakfast is also very general."

"The elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !"

"Convenient transportation, next to the pedestrian street in the old city, you can visit all the attractions on foot (except the Centennial Hall), there are many kinds of food, the room is quiet and clean, and it is also close to the university town. It is worth recommending!"

"Normal place. Combining price, quality and location. Yes far from the main station, but central part is near, bus to the airport is nearby. Rooms are clean. There is a clean clean kitchen with the dining room, a place for smoothing things. The strange color of the towel is grey. I always felt like someone washed the towel with something black."
