GGuest UserOn the positive side, the hotel has an exceptional location and quality rooms with views over the river. On the negative side, the hotel's rating is clearly 4 stars. Turismo de Portugal should do a new evaluation because the quality of the restaurant, the lack of training of most of the staff and the slowness and lack of interest in customers make it an average hotel. The cost-benefit ratio is very poor. Suggestions for improvement (if they want to be a 5-star hotel): no one accompanies guests to their rooms, in the pool guests have to open parasols and move sun loungers, the restaurant for dinner is very poor: in terms of food and quality of staff. At breakfast, guests are left to their own devices, piling up crockery on the table.
