Find the Best Doha Hotels

Everything is good, environment, service, facilities, but for the free traveller, the transportation is not convenient unless you don't care about getting in and out. The subway station takes twenty minutes to half an hour. Early morning is very expensive and has nothing, about 300 yuan. More suitable hotel for local tyrants.

The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance from the metro/subway, which you can get from the airport direct, and is about 4 stops, costing very little. Breakfast is served in your room, so you get room service for free! You can eat downstairs if you want to, but I liked the novelty of eating in my room and having it served on a tray. The breakfast was a good variety and has enough to keep you going for the morning. The hotel is clean, has a gym, and shops, restaurants etc nearby. I had a nice room, with bottles of water and tea, coffee etc replenish each day. I managed to see a ton of sights and did a lot of activities, loved Qatar and Doha. The staff were all friendly and helpful, all working hard to keep you happy. Robiul and Ali from reception were amazing, I had some great chats with Robiul, and was able to feel like family at the hotel. Thank you again!

A cheap hotel, there is a small rooftop pool, air conditioning and blackout curtains that are needed for recreation between flights.

Arrived at the hotel and staff looked miserable and were very blunt. We were told that there would be fire alarm testing only when we arrived there, at 8am in the morning. This went on all day!! There was only 1 towel in the whole room. No hand towels or even a bath mat for getting out. We requested towels at roughly 12pm and had to ask again at 6pm as they still didn’t arrive. After requesting the second time it still took them another 2 hours to bring the towels up. The staff were really rude to my partner, not listening to his requests or questions and dismissing him. I had to leave earlier to catch a flight at 12am that night and my partner was staying on in the hotel. There was no need to check out. As we were leaving they chased us out the door asking us to check out and we had to explain to them that we aren’t checking out a day early I’m just leaving. After my partner dropped me at the airport and went back to the hotel they were questioning him about why he was staying and were overall very unprofessional. They made him feel uncomfortable and angry with the way they treated him. Honestly the most rude hotel staff I have ever had to deal with. I have stayed in 2 star hotels better than this so called 5 star one. If you want to be treated like a guest and a human, avoid this hotel at all costs. In addition, the room was dirty, walls had holes in it and bathroom door has make up all over it. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. I will never make the same mistake twice by staying here.

Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel despite its claims. It is at most a low 4 star possibly even a good 3 star. The positives. Rooms are large and majority of staff are friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is good. The negatives. Rooms are dirty and not cleaned properly. When I arrived there was used soap and tissues at the side of the bath from the previous occupants. I removed these after 2 days as housekeeping hadn't. The carpet in the room was dirty, stained and stank of stale cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is in need of refurbishment as everywhere stinks of cigarette smoke, the rooms, reception, the corridors. We even saw staff smoking where there were signs saying no smoking. When we asked they go outside they refused. The hotel know this as they've got the biggest air freshner units I've ever seen (think the size of a desktop computer) pumping out air freshner 24/7 everywhere. So if you are asthmatic if the smoke doesn't make you ill the air freshners will. You can't even escape the stench in the rooms as the windows don't open to let fresh air in and the air conditioning clearly hasn't been cleaned as that too pumps out stale cigarette smoke. It's a shame as this could be a really nice hotel, but it needs all the carpets and furnishings ripping out and replacing with clean ones rather than trying to disguise it with air freshner all the time.

Stayed in Doha with many hotels with similar prices. Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the most at home. Refurbished before Four Seasons. All the facilities in the house are very good. The service is also great. If you return to Doha in the future, Four Seasons must be the first choice.

A perfect trip to the World Cup, the club on the top floor of the hotel is great, and there are beers to drink. The hotel is located in the absolute city center, just a stone's throw away from the old bazaar. Perfect!

We celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

В это время было достаточно много то ли ремонтных, то ли строительных работ на острове. Постоянно ездили машины, занятые в процессе. При том, что дорожки достаточно узкие, это напрягало, тк нельзя спокойно прогуляться - постоянно вынужден оглядываться, что неудобно особенно с ребенком. И не очень чисто в ресторанах, мы так поняли, что это в цели вопрос Катара. Для того, чтобы у тебя убрали посуду со стола, об этом нужно просить. Под столами могут валяться салфетки, крышки, крошки и т.д. Что, конечно, не соответствует 5 звездам. НО персонал отеля очень отзывчивый не все просьбы, пожалуй, за счет них и остается хорошее впечатление об отеле. Сам отель, кстати, не новый, нужно быть к этому готовыми. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить шеф повара, который готовил кашу и другие блюда по запросу для дочки, что для нас на фоне достаточно однообразного меню было важно. Кстати, об этом. Есть ощущение, что отель заточен на гостей, приезжающих на 1-2-3 дня, питание везде очень однообразное, на завтраки каждый день одно и то же. Поэтому лететь в этот отель на долгий отдых я бы не советовала. А на выходные вполне.
