Outstanding
CCongmingdexiongxiong2010We arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted as a family of three. The front desk swiftly and smoothly processed our check-in. The room was spacious, with two 1.5m double beds. With a ”stay two, get one free” offer, this is probably the best value Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, although the room we stayed in had no view. Acceptable, though. We loved the hotel's location; the neighborhood has a strong old-money vibe, and it was very comfortable during the day with almost no one around. Although it was hot, there was almost always shade. Locals started coming in the evenings, making the area more lively at night with numerous restaurants. We ate there for three days and didn't have a single bad experience. The M7 Art Museum is directly opposite the hotel, though it usually doesn't have any exhibitions. It's a 12-minute walk to Václav, and the walk along the way is very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly.
HHajar A.This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! To Khai, who arranged the birthday surprise for my husband, thank you so much! 🩵
MMariaVAThe hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service is top-notch. The only downside is the shallow water and silt at the bottom of the sea, but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault.
GGuest UserIt’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will choose another hotel next time.
NNand NThis has been our 4th stay at this premises and as always, the stay was excellent in general.
Check-in was a little delayed due us arriving a little earlier but as the hotel reception is quite spacious, we had no issue lazing on a sofa with some Arabic coffee and dates. Check-in staff were very pleasant, a big change to our last stay but that may have been a one of.
Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow and really good A/C that kept a good temp. When we checked in, our hotel towels were frayed on the edges and that got changed to nicer ones. Amenities in the room was good quality, however we only got a small bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to request for more every day.
Location was excellent. Short walk to the souk which is excellent to walk around and lots of eating places.
All in all, even with the minor setbacks, the stay, facilities, location and hotel itself was excellent. I would come back to it again on my next visit to Doha.
HHankin WangI recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience.
First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!
EE1786****This is already a repeat stay. The hotel isn't far from dining options by taxi, and it's also close to the airport. The only downside is that it's a bit old, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. However, the breakfast is delicious! I love the warm bread, especially with an omelet inside, and I really enjoy the fragrant nuts.
SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable
CConsul travelThe hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are extremely professional and courteous.
All essential amenities are available, including a restaurant, bar, café, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services.
The food at the open buffet is decent, with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel’s location is excellent—close to many popular attractions in Qatar. However, the views from the hotel are just average
SsemsenThe receptionist at the reception was professional and prompt, but the carpet in the room was worn and dirty. I liked the bedding and mattress, but overall, the hotel and room were old. I didn't like the lack of food stores and restaurants nearby. The buffet selection at the evening dinner in the hotel restaurant was limited; the chicken seemed stale, so I didn't eat it. I paid R$59 for the buffet, which is expensive for such a limited selection.
