RRafsana ChoudhuryThis return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

AAnna and Wayne 100 Countries CountdownWe had an amazing time at the hotel. Staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome. We arrived early, and the receptionist checked us in immediately. The room was complimentary upgraded to Seaview on the 10th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious, with continental buffet and cooked breakfast available to order at the table. Dinner had many choices on offer, including sushi. Chef was aware of my allergies to shellfish and ensured I had specially prepared a platter each evening. The pool and beach area is spacious with plenty of loungers to choose from, ice cooler of bottle water replenished, and cold face towels provided. We were truly impressed with traditional decor and personal touches like fruit basket on arrival.

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

RRafsana ChoudhuryBeautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming.
The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for.
Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.

AAnonymous UserExceeded my expectation. High standard hotel. Service and location is top class.Beside the beach abd fantastic view. Checking in was smooth and easy.
More variety for breakfast (some fresh meat and fresh seafood, not factory processed meat eg sliced ham/chicken sausages/chicken nuggets) will be an extra plus, but current selection, nevertheless, is sufficient.
I had even extended my stay by 5 nights. Well done Hotel Retaj Al Rayyan.

GGuest UserVery good location, Near the bus stop and train stations. It is very accessible. Very convenient location near the airport and city attractions. Many guests commend the hotel for its budget-friendly rates and excellent value, with the rooms frequently described as spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities, while basic, earn praise for their comfort and convenience. Shopping malls and supermarket is just a steps away. Cleanliness and well-maintained rooms are frequently praised, contributing to guest satisfaction. The exceptional value and attentive service, with staff going above and beyond. Enjoyed my stay at this wonderful and comfy hotel. Loved every experience and services I received from the staff. The staff were extremely professional and very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

SSULINGIt's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. I don’t even want to buy a Messi jersey [cover face][cover face][cover face]) Suddenly I feel that Adidas can’t climb up [embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing] ]-Grand hyatt doha hotel & villas
