"I was very satisfied with this hotel. I was traveling alone and initially thought the room would be small, but it was actually quite large and very clean. The service was excellent, and there's an elevator!!! That's so important! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there were many handsome male staff at the bar, haha. It's not far from the train station and Nevsky Prospekt, but I recommend turning left or right after exiting the hotel and taking bus 11, 7, or 5 to the Nevsky Prospekt bookstore to start your city walk. It's about a five-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are many breakfast shops and restaurants along the way, so you can grab breakfast before sightseeing. Remember to remind the front desk if you need your visa on arrival voucher. Overall, I really liked it, but the only downside was that there weren't many amenities, so you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries! The hotel is currently under renovation; just open the middle door, and the renovation isn't noisy and won't bother you."

"The hotel is an old 19th century house and is well maintained. After booking, you can add their WhatsApp to contact the front desk. We arrived around 10 pm, no one was on duty at the front desk, and we had to scan the code to get the password to get the room card. Because it is an old house, there has been no elevator, and the luggage needs to be carried upstairs. But there will be a concierge to help during the day, and the service is actually quite good. There are many coffee bars, pubs, restaurants downstairs in the hotel, and the atmosphere is very good. 200 meters next to the subway station of Line 6, it is very convenient to go out and take a taxi with Yanex Go to prepare change. Moscow people are also very enthusiastic and the experience is very good. Hotel health is also very good, one day in advance will make an appointment to clean the room the next day."

"The hotel is near the metro. Good breakfast. Two nights lived and took two breakfasts respectively, two days were a little different dishes. Good mattress. From the downsides. "Very excellent location on one of the main streets in Moscow that is well connected to several attractions. We stayed here several times. The only issue is with the Taxi parking not next to the building entrance which is a 2 minute walking (especially when booking a taxi to airport in addition to GPS signal issue currently). The pick up location is as follows: Noviy Arbat Street, 11c1 الموقع مميز جدا في أحد أهم شوارع موسكو و القريب من أغلب المعالم المهمة و أقمنا فيه عدة مرات. النقطة الوحيدة السلبية هي أن مواقف التاكسي ليست عند مدخل السكن بل في نهاية الشارع على بعد دقيقتين مشي تقريبا (خصوصاً عند طلب تاكسي للمطار مع الوضع الحالي في تشويش إشارة ال GPS). التكاسي يقف هنا: Noviy Arbat Street, 11c1"

"The best view in Moscow (make sure to book a river view room)! Former luxuriousness has faded (no turndown service, no plush towels, no exclusive bath cosmetics) but still a very solid 5-star hotel in an unbeatable location for tourists, and excellent value for money. My biggest issue really was no coffee machine in the room:)"

"I booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket."
