"There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, two subway stations are a few steps away, and there is a beautiful park behind it, which is very convenient for shopping, traveling or relaxing. There are washing machines, stoves, pots and pans in the room. Breakfast is made to order, and I think the taste is average. The front desk does not help to receive express delivery, which is not good."

"Впечатления только положительные. Все прошло идеально. Быстро оформили, сразу заселились, несмотря на то, что ещё не было 14 часов. В номере достаточно просторно. Больше всего понравился обеденный круглый стол с двумя креслами-стульями. Мы кушали в номере, поэтому нам было очень удобно. Все, что было прописано в ваучере, имелось в наличии. Понравились белоснежные махровые халаты, белоснежное постельное белье аж с 4-мя подушками. Полотенцев больше, чем достаточно. Кровать огромная, матрац удобный. Отдохнули полноценно."

"Very excellent location on one of the main streets in Moscow that is well connected to several attractions. We stayed here several times. The only issue is with the Taxi parking not next to the building entrance which is a 2 minute walking (especially when booking a taxi to airport in addition to GPS signal issue currently). The pick up location is as follows: Noviy Arbat Street, 11c1 الموقع مميز جدا في أحد أهم شوارع موسكو و القريب من أغلب المعالم المهمة و أقمنا فيه عدة مرات. النقطة الوحيدة السلبية هي أن مواقف التاكسي ليست عند مدخل السكن بل في نهاية الشارع على بعد دقيقتين مشي تقريبا (خصوصاً عند طلب تاكسي للمطار مع الوضع الحالي في تشويش إشارة ال GPS). التكاسي يقف هنا: Noviy Arbat Street, 11c1"

"Typical Ibis: standardized room types, sizes, and small beds. However, the cleanliness here is notably better than at Ibis hotels in other countries. On check-in day, the male front desk attendant's attitude wasn't great. He asked if we preferred a high or low floor; we requested a higher one, but he assigned us a room on the third floor (which felt quite low). He also asked if we preferred a quiet side, which we did. However, upon opening the curtains, we found ourselves facing a very close wall and other windows. We stayed for three days and didn't open the curtains once, as it felt quite claustrophobic. The female front desk staff on subsequent days were much better. Breakfast was very good, with fresh ingredients, a generous selection, and delicious food."

"I visited several cities in Russia, and Hotel SunFlower in Moscow was the best hotel I've stayed in Russia. And one of the best in my many travels overall! The location was excellent, the rooms were fantastic – the height of the beds and the quality of the mattresses were also excellent. Water was also refilled in the room every day. I was especially glad I booked breakfast – the variety (Russian, Western, Chinese), the high quality, and the excellent service there made it one of the best in my many trips around the world! The buffet style left nothing to be desired. The reception always fulfilled my requests without any hassle and helped me with tickets and provided all the necessary information. The concierge even repaired my handbag. The WiFi worked perfectly! Which is really important for international tourists. There was nothing to complain about in any area of ​​this hotel.
