"We stayed here with our family for the beachfront location, which was excellent - right next to Jomtien Beach. However, some areas immediately surrounding the hotel felt unexpectedly seedy. We did not know that when we booked. We simply avoided those parts and focused on tourist attractions further out. The hotel lobby is beautiful and modern, but our rooms felt dated with worn-out furniture, though it was clean. Overall, the stay was okay for a short trip, but we won’t be choosing this hotel again due to the mismatch between the stylish entrance and tired rooms, and shad surroundings."

"The breakfast and room were decent, and they were cleaned promptly with good air circulation. The front desk and restaurant staff were also enthusiastic, although a bit more flexibility in certain situations would be appreciated. The food stall right outside had delicious food, and the young lady running it was very welcoming and understood a bit of Chinese, making it a great choice for a late-night snack."

"Nice room and nice view. The location is not close to the beach but can see sea view from the room on high floor. The Wave, water park is good for children."

"Beautiful and Luxurious Stay with Spacious Rooms and Full Facilities – Stayed in the Zen Wing **Good:** -The room was spacious with cool air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony. I really liked it! -The swimming pool looked beautiful and very inviting, though it was raining during our stay. -Breakfast had a good variety. However, it was quite crowded and seating was almost not enough. Some dishes were not refilled once finished, and the toaster was out of order. **Bad:** -The walls were very thin. After check-in, we stayed in the room due to the rain and tried to rest, but there was loud noise from the next room — dragging furniture and moving things — especially disturbing as it was right behind the headboard. Around 10 PM, I was startled awake by the noise. -The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. The next morning, after breakfast, I ended up slipping and falling in the bathroom. -The walls, wallpaper, and floor edges had visible stains and marks. I understand some stains may be difficult to clean, and while not ideal, it was somewhat acceptable."

"A very very nice hotel. But it needs updating. There are two pools and right by the beach. Truly a stone throw away. The room are huge, with tons of room. The service at the front dash and the bell men were very welcoming. The pool needs to be cleaned every day. I mean and deep vacuum clean. The pool is also missing a lot of tiles and needed renovation. All in all. This would go from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel and even more."

"This is a newly renovated hotel, and they offer a welcome drink upon arrival. There are various room types available; we stayed in the family-friendly room (as pictured), which is also great for friends. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent – really fantastic! All amenities were provided. The staff were very helpful, always smiling, greeting us, and bowing whenever we met them. The accommodation is clean, and I highly recommend it (though it's not directly on the beach, about 2.5 km away)."

"The location is super strategic. Hotel is very clean It is only the room and building seem old. Overall not bad to stay some nights while exploring Pattaya. They also decorated our room with happy honeymoon. Very nice of the staffs."

"The staff provided excellent service, The room was in good condition, the view was beautiful, The swimming pool was ok, The fitness room opened a bit late at 8:00 and the room key card could not be used to open it, had to contact the staff to open it, Breakfast had a variety of delicious menus, The beach was private, not crowded, there were free kayaks available, the sea water was not very clear, there was quite a lot of sediment."

"Great location, amazing friendly staff, great large pool, good bed, many English speaking t.v channels,shower and sing are in the room, not so clean , not really bad just doors, dust, walls etc .Very good hotel for what you pay, just needs a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning."
