"I didn't have any problems with the cleanliness, it was generally adequate. However, the internet connection was very slow and the hotel couldn't help with that. In the end, I had to connect using my own phone's hotspot. Since the door to the room was made of wood, footsteps from outside could be heard quite clearly, which was disturbing. The fact that there was no shelf or space in the shower to put shampoo was also a lack of comfort. If I were to make an overall price-performance evaluation, I would give it 2.5 out of 5."

"While cave hotels are pricey due to their unique location and history, one night's stay is usually sufficient to get the full experience. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly warm and friendly. The lady in the kitchen even shared some freshly baked sweet pastries with us, which made us feel very much at home. Some rooms offer views of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. However, whether they fly is subject to daily conditions, and cancellations are quite common. (We stayed for two days; they flew on the first day but not the second.)"

"The view of the surrounding area is magnificent, the hotel itself is very atmospheric. Despite the fact that the hotel is a cave, the rooms are dry and warm, the bathroom has heated floors. We were there in November, it was comfortable. In another cave hotel, also in November, it was damp and chilly, and as a result we caught a cold. The breakfast is meager, but the products are tasty and fresh, the coffee from the coffee machine is excellent, not Turkish. The service is excellent, they showed us around and showed us everything. We would never have found where the SPA is in the basement and where the wine tap is from the rock. The guys at the reception immediately upon check-in organized a hot air balloon flight, we didn’t have to go anywhere or write. There is a pretty decent parking lot for 10-15 cars, right next to the hotel walls, very close and convenient. It takes 3-5 minutes to go down to the main street. We highly recommend the hotel, next time we will only stay there. The photo shows a view from one of the hotel’s sites, there are several, you can see the balloons."

"This hotel is simply perfect. Its prime location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire karst landscape. It's wonderfully quiet, allowing for spectacular night views of Göreme town. The surrounding area boasts a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, and a pleasant surprise was finding delicious noodles nearby! Now for the main highlight: the hotel manager is, without a doubt, the most enthusiastic and considerate manager I have ever met. They handled every detail meticulously and were always ready to help with any request. We even connected on WeChat beforehand, and they were incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries. Our entire Cappadocia trip was made even more perfect thanks to the manager's exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!"
